Nice vid. Couple of things to also consider 1, the trails are so dry at the moment that they're running really fast. I'm PBing on Strava every ride and that's not just down to fitness. 2, muscle weighs more than fat so don't get too hung up on losing weight.
Nice work, did you work out what was happening at the rear of the bike with your gears? I have the same Bizango model so would be great to know what to look out for.
Awesome time! The lockdown weight has got to me too, really tried to not let it happen. I’ve been playing around on my local pump track and that really takes it out of me, have you tried one out?
Nice vid.

I was convinced I saw you climbing alongside the A38 not so long ago one the bizango!
Haha definitely wasn't me dude :)
Great vid. Where’s the trail?
Well done mate, awesome ride.
We’ll done pal!

Yeah I did. Luckily I just need a new chain. It was stretched and a bit grubby.
Nice effort, I don't think I could get close to that time!
Nearly killed me

Yeah pump tracks are a awesome. They are a full workout!
Sick vid
Nice effort! Did you find out what was wrong with the bottom bracket?
Yeah, it’s knackered 🤣
It looks like it is bent
@@bikeandbeyond Hmm maybe worth replacing with a hollowtech style bottom bracket and IXF crankset?
Great video
Thanks mate
Bizango still going strong
It has taken a beating over the last two years, but she is still going
nice vid
Then bottom brackets are made of chocolate.
You got that right
@@bikeandbeyond I upgraded to a shimano mt800 bottom bracket and mt610 cranks.
The new Bizango Pro has improved protection for the BB; now has a seal between the left pedal/crank to protect it.
