I know you’ve mentioned DWC has a fluid masterplan. However the biggest risk I see for residential communities around the area is the effect of so many planes hovering above (noise, pollution etc). There has been 0 official comment regarding how runway locations, flight paths, pollution will be managed by DWC.
What are your thoughts on this? Would you be able to get any official info?
