This test was newly introduced when I was getting my driving license thanks to my instructor Mr.Amir who taught me very well so I could pass it, in fact, I got my license on 1st try thanks to Allah and the great teachings

Alhamdulillah i passed my test in june 2019, and even i passed final test in my first try..that was my dream, my instructor was also happy because i passed it in first try... I pray for all my brothers and sisters...

Just cleared my final rta parking test today. It was the 4th attempt from another institite. Thanks a lot DDC for the amazing video. I just followed this video and manage to clear my exam finally. Few areas where I was struggling was adjuatment of the mirror, position of the vehicle before you start your parking. These 2 are really really important, and it has been clearly explained in this video.

Thanks a lot DDC for coming up with such valuable inputs, explaining in detail all important measures/points, Do's & Don'ts which helped me to pass my RTA parking test in very short time of learning, indeed I have learned more from this video than my actual practical training. I have seen this video N no. of times, memorized all steps and did my training based on this video and passed internal assessment test as well as RTA parking test. My message to all student who have applied or going to apply for parking test - They must write down all steps what narrator is guiding in this video and remember all steps, take screenshot of Mirror adjustment, parking lines etc. It will be definitely going to help you. Proud DDC learner here. I did my first yard test last December 2020 and i was automatically disqualified due to panic attack when i didnt able to do the hand brake down in my slope test that put the gear in neutral to Emergency brake. I was so disappointed and did not take a test anymore until i saw this video. I decided to take once more. 6mos had passed and to keep my file active i have to try again. I will take the yard test tomorrow by merely watching this video. I pray and hope i can make it.🙏🙏🙏.Thanks DDC for making this video presentation.It help me regain my confidence to do it again, i will make a try.I know i will passed at least 3/5 or perfect🙂
Great video, very helpful. The explanation here is absolutely great compared to some instructors in some driving institutes who is not good in explaining what to do and lack good character, only you can here from them say to you “what are you doing?” Making you look stupid just because you cannot understand there explanation.
This video helps and outlines the rules and everything else that's necessary for the smart years, perfectly, as I'm from GMDC, they don't really have their own smart yard video outlined the way dubai center school portrays, so I had to come here for some helpful tips BUT I would still advise some students to take additional parking training one day before the RTA smart yard test, also, it depends on one's driving skill and hiw that individual is able to control, drive and park the vehicle I watched the smart yard video of: - dubai driving center - belhasa driving school - Excellence driving school - galadari driving school - emirates driving institute The videos were helpful but not as much as the training lessons I took for the parkings I failed in, trust me, watching the video and actually performing these maneuvers are on a complete different level, so that's why I'm advising to take training just one day before the test
It's really useful to watch these videos even before your initial training classes so you already have the basic knowledge and can focus on the personal modifications with your training instructor. The reference points will differ per person. For me, since I'm tall, my reference points are slightly different (eg. reference point + more space equivalent to 3 fingers for garage parking). This made my classes more enjoyable since I already know the basics before meeting my instructor. Even my instructor was happy. Win-win.

This video is very helpful for the smartyard, I took the reference points from here and pass the exam after few attempts, the reference points shown here are clear and complete, however I would like to add some few points from my personal experience to pass the smart yard test are seat adjustment, correct mirror settings, positioning the car and car speed control especially for manual transmission car half clutch with right feet on brake for gentle braking should be determine while in practical class and the same settings applying in exam day will help to pass out more easily and I think students should be confident and not panicking will help a lot.

This video is helpful undoubtedly but it completely depends on the day and situation. I passed Smart yard in 4 attempts... Couldn't pass parallel parking. 1st Emergency and Slope,2nd Garage and Angle and 4th Parallel. My car was parked perfectly and did not touch yellow lines,but in 2nd attempt I touched handbreak by mistake after reverse gear so it ended there and in 3rd attempt my car went too behind so fail. Just an advice, take a class just before the exam.Take different instructors... All have different things to teach.

I have my test scheduled on Sunday. This is my 2nd Attempt… the first one i failed was due to light factor. I practiced during day while exam took place at 9pm and i am absolutely a new driver. Never driven before. As for my Internal Assessment test i parked in first go. Any tips about how to crack the exam because it’s again scheduled late 10pm.

But I didn't get to the trainers. They are angry at first teaching. They don't try to know the psychology of the student. They are untrained teachers. In my understanding they can teach the student who already know. They cannot teach the people who never touched the steering. What they teach mind doesn't catch. How the people passing from there I am studying.
Thanks for the video. But this is not same in the driving center. First from the left angle parking you need to take your vehicle and different instructors teaches differently. Please follow only one else it confuses you and end in failure. Have an idea from this video but do not expect you will pass only learning from this. You need to practice and learn aligning to the particular situation.
There is a mistake at time 7:40, its left indicator but in dash board its showing right indicator - Its for exiting Parellel Parking. But rest is super awsome and help full!!
This is very easy as compared with Uk driving test which is world most difficult test. There is computer based theory test with 50 questions then hazard perception test on 14 video clips and driving test is taken on main busy roads with heavy traffic and main highways and driving time is 40 minutes and one serious mistake is fail. the rta smart yard parking test is not as easy as it looks , they are 5 cameras in the car and 20 sensors which make it really tricky . Drive too close to the yellow line it could trigger the sensor and you will fail. The RTA final road test also if you make one major mistake you will fail. i have met many experienced driver failed their RTA smart yard parking test and final road test.
@@Ezbz-t2z In Uk we also have 5 parking manoeuvre and touching parking line is fail and it’s very hard in Uk when examiner sitting in front seat with you and you drive 40 minutes on main roads so that is why 30 % people of Uk take five years to pass test and Uk license is valid almost every country in world including UAE
@@explorebirmingham9414 Its not valid unless you are a UK citizen. I had a US driving license however since I was an Indian citizen, I had to attend 20 classes and take the driving test.
@@moneeshmohan Hmmm that is strange policy that if someone has USA license but different nationality and can’t drive in uae I used my Uk license every where including uae and I have bus license from Uk and it’s valid in Qatar and Bahrain . In Uk 20% population can’t pass driving test as it’s very hard and small roads with cars parked on both sides of road and heavy traffic all time and test is taken in busy roads.

I have my test scheduled on Sunday. This is my 2nd Attempt… the first one i failed was due to light factor. I practiced during day while exam took place at 9pm and i am absolutely a new driver. Never driven before. As for my Internal Assessment test i parked in first go. Any tips about how to crack the exam because it’s again scheduled late 10pm.

But I didn't get to the trainers. They are angry at first teaching. They don't try to know the psychology of the student. They are untrained teachers. In my understanding they can teach the student who already know. They cannot teach the people who never touched the steering. What they teach mind doesn't catch. How the people passing from there I am studying.

Thanks for the video. But this is not same in the driving center. First from the left angle parking you need to take your vehicle and different instructors teaches differently. Please follow only one else it confuses you and end in failure. Have an idea from this video but do not expect you will pass only learning from this. You need to practice and learn aligning to the particular situation.
There is a mistake at time 7:40, its left indicator but in dash board its showing right indicator - Its for exiting Parellel Parking.

This is very easy as compared with Uk driving test which is world most difficult test. There is computer based theory test with 50 questions then hazard perception test on 14 video clips and driving test is taken on main busy roads with heavy traffic and main highways and driving time is 40 minutes and one serious mistake is fail. Thanks
the rta smart yard parking test is not as easy as it looks , they are 5 cameras in the car and 20 sensors which make it really tricky . Drive too close to the yellow line it could trigger the sensor and you will fail. The RTA final road test also if you make one major mistake you will fail. i have met many experienced driver failed their RTA smart yard parking test and final road test.

In Uk we also have 5 parking manoeuvre and touching parking line is fail and it’s very hard in Uk when examiner sitting in front seat with you and you drive 40 minutes on main roads so that is why 30 % people of Uk take five years to pass test and Uk license is valid almost every country in world including UAE

@@explorebirmingham9414 Its not valid unless you are a UK citizen. I had a US driving license however since I was an Indian citizen, I had to attend 20 classes and take the driving test.

Hmmm that is strange policy that if someone has USA license but different nationality and can’t drive in uae I used my Uk license every where including uae and I have bus license from Uk and it’s valid in Qatar and Bahrain . In Uk 20% population can’t pass driving test as it’s very hard and small roads with cars parked on both sides of road and heavy traffic all time and test is taken in busy roads.
