    Nakheel have ZERO credibility. They held onto investors money TWENTY yrs. Lots of lies and BS about "oh we are starting it soon". As if 2024, they aren't even offering to pay a single cent of lost interest for playing with other people's money for 20 yrs. Will investors even get their money back? These crooks will lie, cheat and change the agreement every 5 minutes. They aren't even honouring their recent promise to pay 50% ontop for loss of interest for 20 yrs. In the rest of the World these shysters would be in jail. In Dubai they are heads of state! Don't be sucked in people!

    This did not address the elephant in the room : does paying 2.5 or even 3.3m for a 1 bed in Saadiyat, when you can get a nice 2 bed in a branded residence in Dubai Marina for the same price, makes any financial sense? Same question for a 1 bed in Yas over 1.5m in the crowded Gardenia Bay when you can buy a similar sized ready unit in Downtown Dubai for a similar price. It's hard for me to find value in the price proposition. A 2.5m unit has to rent for about 170-180k to make financial sense. Who's going to spend 180k for a 1 bed in Saadiyat with no beach access?

      Dear Sadiyat is known for luxury, if u go to Sadiyat once you will never plan or think of going anywhere. People who want connections with luxury lives on sadiyat, I would love to buy properties in sadiyat if I had money, it's a very good invest plus the city is a all about calm and peace.
