My mother used used ground beef, spinach, & onion for the meat ones & ricotta cheese for the cheese ones. This will be a great recipe surprise for my wife during the Christmas holiday season. Made these and they were delicious! The only thing I did was reduce the oregano to 1/2 teaspoon and cooked them just a little longer then the 3 minutes and they turned out perfect! Thanks for a great recipe!
Another one an amazing recipe with pasta from you! ❤ Most of all my favourite world cuisines are Italian and French! They are the best! I love pasta and maccaroni! I love the way that Italian people have a habbit to add a lot of green vegetables which are very healthy and useful for their health! That's why many Italian people live much longer than the other nations! And I adore their cheese and the french cheese. Especially a goat cheese. I tried it when I was in France.
My favorite Italian dish....my grandma kept cans of Chef Boyardee ravioli in her basement when I was a kid & I would raid it when visiting...but homemade is waaayyy better no doubt! Kudos to Whiskey scoring another bone...I love how he stares at you til you say ok. Such a good boy. Thank you Chef?

I made your shrimp ravioli and turned out terrific . This one seems like a lot of work and Mortadella won't be easy or reasonable to find.perhaps you can do a recipe using more attainable ingredients. Veal is crazy expensive here in New york city.
