thanks, I switched your tips and tricks a bit around and had a pleasent outcome. I used it for like the background of the eyes and nose of a skull so I had to try around a bit to get the scale.
I just got my first drawing tablet ever (wacom one) and I'm 32... this video was exactly what I was looking for and then some. I didn't expect the Glob Ross bit with the "space art tutorial" and at first I wasn't on board.. after less than five minutes I'm hooked, damn it! I love this. Thank you!
Oh that's so awesome, congratulations on your new wacom! I hope you have a wonderful time with it and that the tutorials you're finding out there help with the transition from traditional to digital, and make for rewarding and enjoyable art projects! c: Honestly I'm not on board with anything I do either, I'm very grateful you gave me a chance despite the weird presentation!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS I LITERALLY CANNOT PUT TO WORDS ON HOW THIS SAVED ME there arent a lot of galaxy tutorials where it looks like that so im very thankful for this
Awh, thank you Sunes! I'll be the first to tell anyone that nothing I say is trustworthy without citations since I accurately remember about 30% of any pertinent facts I regurgitate from somewhere else, orz
Thank you so much for your kindness and for trying out my lil tutorial! I'm sure you did wonderfully! When it comes to brightness, it might be solved by gently messing with the various layer opacities, or using a low opacity eraser to gently pass through some of the strongly-lit layers at the end. But I think a very bright nebula is also perfectly good! c:

NGL, I chuckled at "citation needed" popping up when you talked about space dust so convincingly.
