Intro Flippen epic love the drone footage with the music. The Troopy is a beast. Content, camera work next level. Love the camping spots this is overlanding at its best. Lekke vuur met n koue een en nice sunset dis mos lewe. Thanks for sharing Troopy in Africa. Mooi loop
Thank you for watching Shaun. It was a magic spot to go to and thanks to a TH-camr call @overlandingwithbruce Such a nice guy as well. If it were not for him I would not have thought to go there. Busy planning the 2025 trip with mates and they all wanna go here now 😂. Cheers Tim🤙
Thanks for watching. I have 2 simple rules of thumb when doing this sort of travel. If I , (1) am not getting stuck or braking the car and (2) I have enough daylight to return somewhere- then go forward and enjoy the adventure. I also have the track back set on the Garmin incase. Only ever needed it once in my 15 years of overlanding when I was in north of Zambia on the DRC border. South Island (in the next episode) was more nerve wracking with the fear of getting bogged down in the pan. It is both infamous and seldom visited for a reason. 🤙
Thank you for watching🙏. It was an adventure. Funny thing happened last night. An 80yr old auntie of mine said she was watching it and was very upset with me that I did such "dangerous" things😂
Nice video mate. African outback and colours similar to Australian outback in many ways but comply different. Love to visit africa one day Thank you for bringing along
Thanks for watching 🙏. We actually have 3 Australian Troopys in our TIA (Troopys in Africa) group touring Southern Africa now, and then the Fritz’s who regularly visit us from Oz. Next episode up today hopefully 🙏
🤣🤣🤣🤣No, the Debonairs delivery guy definitely doesn't deliver at Kubu m afraid.. Another awesome adventure nd video 👌👌 Loving this.. I can't help but have this nagging feeling that i saw this car somewhere between Rakops and Khumaga on the 6th.. 🤔
Great video adventure in southern Africa. Have you changed the roof Alu - Cab back or is this video previous to update with conversion? Looks far more interesting than my time driving through Algeria and the Sahara desert.
Thanks for watching 🙏. Nope still have the new AluCab Hercules. This is from last year August. Unfortunately this channel is a fun time hobby so it has to take a back seat when really work is at play 😂🤙
@@troopyinafrica I can totally understand that, I’m disappointed I didn’t have the video technology that we all enjoy today when I was working driving adventure tours in North Africa, Europe and Scandinavian in the 1990’s. Keep up your great hobby and enjoy your upcoming adventures.
