I saw this advertised at Adamstown Art in the Newcastle area (NSW). I am not overly impressed with the results for my type of work, and would still prefer the liquid for fine details, but I could see how it could be useful for larger areas, if you masked the edges with liquid then masked the rest in case of accidental overflow.

I have been looking all over for this masking powder. Lindsay, theFrugalCrafter showed it on her show, but I can’t find it at the link to the ETSY Store she gave to purchase it. Where can I buy it? It reminds me of Brusho for colored pencils, but I don’t think that would work this way🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi Sue, Yeah, Lindsay saw this in my channel, and she was lovely. I work in an art shop here in Australia, and we stock it. But we have just run out of it. We will have some time early next year.

Thank you for sharing, Chrissy. This is new for me too. Something new to try out. Can I ask about the blue brush you used in the video? It looked like an Art Basics brush to me. May I ask where you buy these brushes? I love these brushes, but I had to buy them in Australia, which made the shipping costs go through the roof.

Hi @parsleybrain first of all thank you for watching. Yes, you are correct this is an Art Basics brush. The art shop that I bought these brushes from closed down. Not sure where else you can purchase these from, I suppose you may have to search the internet, but I would look for brushes that have a snap if you flick them them your fingers. kind regards Chirssy

Soooo, thaaaat's the secret!!! I fell an interesting way to paint; it makes the colours themselves lightning and shiny with soft .. I'm excited And after all no need to use an (Arabian gum or a brush made of Racon**)
    Have a Great time

Chrissy, I really don’t get this. Why use something and have your art look weird. I’m a coloring book colorist, so I’m completely in the dark. Please shed some light. Love your video content. 👍👍💞💞🙏🏽🙏🏽

Hi Tommie, I totally understand what you're saying, This demonstration was to show how this product works.. Remembering this is masking powder and, like all masking products, this protects areas that you don't want painted until you do. For example, this would be great for when you want to build layers and textures. Hope this might shed a little light!, always appreciate you viewing my videos and commenting. 😍
