For me this is huge. Will make me want to edit more while traveling. Last trip, knowing that my desktop at home had Gen Fill and I didn't on the iPad was frustrating. - Tim
Around 11:00 you mentioned that the plane doesn't make sense in the photo because the photo is "long exposure" - I'm probably not your usual audience who knows about these things but I find this incredibly interesting and would LOVE it if you made a video along the lines of e.g. "10 signs AI was used on this photo in an amateur way" and then went into details like long exposure vs still, the shadow is off, the perspective is off, etc.
0:03 This is incredible. Mainly thanks to you, I feel fairly proficient in Lightroom but Photoshop has always scared me off as I find it too much to take in. (I’m 66) it seems to me that Adobe is making Lightroom easier to use but more in depth for hobbyists like myself. With this I don’t think Photoshop has any features that I would use that I can’t get on Lightroom. I’m not quite ready to start your Everywhere course but I expect to do so in the new year. Thanks for all your help. It has been massive.
I was playing around with the 4th “creative” option you discussed and asked it to generate an Afghan Hound. The results were hysterical, truly bizarre. 😂
Hi Brian that was very nice… I am a bird photographer and I only own a iPad mini six. I want to purchase Llghtroom/Photoshop mobile for post processing my bird photos but the mobile version lacks some features as in the classic desktop version like the renewed denoising/sharpen ai stuff. I do not have the means for purchasing a desktop. Can you do a bird in post processing video only for iPad users with Lightroom/ Photoshop? .. Would be really cool 😀👍thanks and keep on the good work greetings Ron, The Netherlands.
Hi Brian, I don't have an iPad, I have a Galaxy S9+ tablet and I don't think there's Android Photoshop. Can you confirm or is there any way to install photoshop on android? On Google Play, only Photoshop Express appears. Thanks in advance.
I had no idea they released Gen Fill for iPad! Thanks!
You’re welcome! It just came out about a week ago, so it’s still pretty fresh news.

It's a super fun addition to the iPad photo workflow.

My pleasure, Alan! Your best bet is to ease yourself into these new technologies at your own pace. My course will be there when you’re ready!

Oh yeah - I don’t doubt that at all. Some of the objects that it generates can truly be the stuff of nightmares 😂

I have added birds to very nice photos I've taken and nobody can tell. I love this technology.
Tks Brian!
It’s amazing this is now on the iPad. But is the resolution of added GenFill content limited to 1024 pixels? Or larger?
I believe it is still limited to 1024 pixels AFAIK.
Feeling like a wizard ❤
Can I take Raw (dng) filles from LR Mobile to Photoshop Mobile. Where is the prompt to "go to Photoshop"-I don't see it.
I show exactly how to send a photo from LR to PS at the 01:50 mark. You can’t miss it.
Hi Brian, is using on Iphone also possible??

Comment se fait il que je ne l'ai pas sur mon iPad ?

Hey Alfredo, I think this is currently limited to Photoshop for the iPad. Unfortunately, I don't have any Android devices to test.
I see how you select edit in photoshop, but I don’t have that option.
I assume you have the Photoshop app installed on your iPad, right? And you’ve launched it at least once?
I was on devise and not lightroom at the bottom. Thanks m
Thanks for bringing this up. I was about to ask the same question and this fixed it for me too.
most of your recent videos are out of focus on my monitor. Is it you or me?
Considering this is the very first time someone has mentioned an issue with focus on any of my videos, I’m inclined to say that it’s on your end.
This AI generate tool in Adobe is still very weak, i'm using Midjourney and it is like day and night
