I tried beating underground with a ford focus (the worst car in the game) and it's literally impossible to win drag races in because you either die or just lose because the car is incredibly slow. In the old games drag races wasn't about speed it was about not crashing into traffic cars. Most wanted is the exact same. The best drag racing that I have tried is pro street as there isn't lane switching. Lane switching is what made drag races so bad. I don't get why they did that.
the early cars in the career mode are the worst,especially given new and the best performance parts at the end of the career mode is dumb because in drag racing if you have low gears you could easily blow up the engine

Has nothing to do with skill since the traffic cars are always in a pattern and the whole time you just car about trying to avoid traffic rather than actually racing while the other cars are coded to be fast and just avoid everything. How about this if they separate drage racing into 2 mods one for track no cars trying to crash you and total your just good old drag straight line , and the other we can call it the street drag and that's it 😅😂
I feel that Underground was better because it was built for this kind of event and you could tell from the gameplay as it looks a lot more refined and smoother than Unbound whose drag events took place in a pretty flawed physics engine and a map where I'm not sure Criterion even planned to put drag events in (they didn't even add drag tires).
imo, the only thing missing in Unbound from old drag races, are the cars jumping in front of you to get you totaled, mw npc used to piss me off soo much in drag races
I just finished playing Underground and i think is so much better than this newest releases. For me NFS series were good because of the ATMOSPHERE. Unbound lacks of that it just looks plain simple, visually has nothing interesting just childish aesthetics, with no soul or something you could feel connected to. As a graphic designer and visual artist I think creative directors need to do more effort in that area, visually and sonically. Idk but the last 3 releases are insipid or give you the sense of empty 🤔
idk I thought the street art aspect was a cool and different idea, i think its a step in the right direction to try new things, because the ui in heat and payback look almost exactly the same

Track maker, just like forza horizon (I don't mean event lab where you create your map), you just pick a start point of an event and then you keep placing checkpoints, I think that will bring back some light to some areas that are not getting enough attention IN MY OPINION Longer straights, maybe one industrial area and one airport area where we can have drag races, circuits or even organized URLs.

I liked the drag section of Need for Speed Underground 1. I think there was a tutorial section with a mature women's voice in menu which I took more time to understand 😂. I had to watch YT video walkthrough but I last played in a time when internet was slow. There was a real simulation of engine blown situation due to overheating and drafting opponents. I don't see in Unbound. Also there was traffic and weird train jump in one track 😂. I had a Miata and Nissan 240SX and it's engine blown due to overheating. It was solved by adding a 6th gear or using performance cars such as 350Z,GTR or RX7.
With the Underground update and Speed Pass, i am really hoping now for a Most Wanted Speed Pass. I didn’t play Underground but Most Wanted is hands down the best for me!
Not before 2 to 4 years. That's because a big part of New Criterion devs are helping DICE with the next Battlefield game. Which means a new NFS isn't happening anytime soo. Making a new NFS game with a small skeleton crew is a very bad idea which results in an unfinished product.

Let me explain that using Winlator you can play any of these as if we were using Windows XP or Windows 7. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I've been killing a fever with that... It would be great if you made a video playing any game you can think of that your mobile is capable of running. 😎 Tremendous experience and a lot of nostalgia. The only one I couldn't race was the Need for Speed Undercover... I haven't tried the ones that came out later. It would be great to be able to play SoapBoxRace's Need for Speed World, but I couldn't get the installer or launcher running yet. There are even videos out there of people running Grand Theft Auto V on a smartphone.

Unbound is just ass. Just gimme a NFS Heat 2 and don't bring this series back again. Bring back Ghost studios. They had it dialed, before we could even have fixes they axed Heat 😢 Criterion just don't a flying damn F#%$ about us or NFS franchise. The Unite team and everyone else who mods their game has more passion and dedication to make a great game, even greater. Back then we didn't have Unite but we had everything we wanted and that was over two decades ago... what's stopping them now? No. Toyota cars stopped appearing since NFS 2015. If EA wants Toyota back, they have to conclude a license deal and find agreements in the contract clauses in order to appear in future NFS games. Otherwise, cars from the Toyota group will not comeback anytime soon. Toyota in NFS Mobile doesn't count since it's Tencent which had already paid the license. That doesn't mean Toyota will comeback in mainline NFS games. The same occurrence applies for all car brands.
