phonebunch: earlier i had asked on the quality of hardware and firmware used on micromax android a1 and micromax spark, which is better, and good in quality, or these 2 certified by google itself?, suggest which is better to buy, and there is a gap which is seen in the display around the bezels while viewing he angles, is that ok?, pls comment on this also

Hi Abhinav, based on earlier discsussion i bought the mmx spark canvas series, Q380, on flash sales this week, and got it yesterday, buthave the following queries
1.) The Spark is indeed is good, though it shows signs of lags while typing or browsing through the screens
Is this ok?
2.) The date in the main screen showed not the current time[though when clicked the drop down tray was able to show the current time], this got sorted only after i reboot the phone
Is this normal ?
3.) In the display, above the square [for the new app switcher/notification function], i can see a bright light in the corner, when the phone is switched on, but other corners are fine, this happens every time i do
Is this normal?
5.) In the back just above the battery near one of the screws i can see some scribble like impression,
Is this normal?
6.) The animation of the lollipop like when touched shows circle like effect , some times this lags for few secs
Is this normal?
7.) The piece which got was dated july 2015, though i got this piece dated delivered on 18/09/2015
Is this ok?
8.) Thuough the sealed pack looked intact, inside the box, the wall charger is placed naked not wrapped intact, and the rest of the accessories also fine but not intact wrapped like the regular packaging of mmx
9.) The phone showed build edges not very smooth, and i read though the box its made in India
Is this quality issue ?, and Is this normal?
10.) Whenever i charge the wall charger head heats up quite hot, but warms done once full charging done,
Even the camera module shows heat while charging,
Is this normal?
Pls answer my queries
And how do i know that the piece delivered to me is new one, because when i saw your video, i was able to see the snapdeal plastic intact wrapped, but i got just the box delievered

connect your device to pc or laptop and then browse its memory then clean the ram on phone by clean master which is pre-installed n then see u will not able to access its memory whether u disconnect and then connect

4) I heard that this mobile has electricity leaking issue at rear camera ring ...what is the truth ?
5) Feature OS updates for the same ?
6) Battery maximum temperature while on extensive gaming ?
7) battery backup .
8) Also want to know about MIcromax upcoming mobile Yu-Yuphoria ..(specification) i found there are many rumors but not getting exact info about spec. as i am waiting ....

Hello Sir,
I got this phone from snapdeal but having performance issues like sometimes phone heats up around camera, many graphical glitches in the UI, some apps are either not working or not working properly, once a homescreen icon got freezed and little displaced, the loudspeaker makes echoes and unusual loud sound in calling and some more...........what to do. it seems software issues and unstability as this android 5.0 seems unstable.
plz suggest some solutions
Arslan Khan Please update all apps after you get the device, and download apps only from the Play Store. I haven't faced any major performance issues, heating and camera are being investigated.

Phn is good but the storage is not good as I use this and I can't install the big apps like Facebook,so,it's not good...and front camera is very bad...

this mobile have the app to sd card option in sd card there is no option for move to sd card

i just rooted it & uninstall bloatware...
It has mtk proceccor so it is going to heat like lava
Processing is very slow and battery backup very poor & battery charging very very slow minimum charging 5-6 hawser.
The black app draw is not at all good

Hrishikesh Adhikary You generally have a black border around the display on all phones, on the white variant its more visible.
If you say IPS display, then you need to show the display in different angles.
How stupid are you to not showing this. Instead you rotated the phone to 5 to 10 degrees and i can see the display gets dimmer.
I dont know how much does the micromax pays you. Let people know the truth.
