I wanted to let you know how much joy I get from watching your Tiny Cabin Life videos. I am a 70 year old woman in Waco, Texas that grew up camping with my parents, Girl Scouts, husband and later with the kids, and even solo as a widow until about 5 years ago. I also found autumn my favorite camping season! I miss camping with my dog and family. Watching you every week brings back so many lovely memories and I also find it very relaxing. This old girl can still start her own fire!!! Thank you for sharing your passion and your faith. I love it all!

I used to love to go walking and camping when I was younger. I'm 65 now and spine and mobility issues mean I cannot do that anymore. I so look forward to your videos! I wouldn't worry. It sounds like the dude was doing what I love to do: a night hike. Once he came upon your spot, he may have been intrigued and curious about your trailer/camper. He probably didn't want to disturb you further, so he shut off his light and headed out. Your trailer might look a bit unique or strange coming up on it in the dark with just a flashlight, and I could see myself walking over to investigate what that "box" was doing there. 😄 Glad you and Ellie didn't let it rattle you too much and you could relax and enjoy the trip! 🏕
I think I enjoy your videos so much because they originate, most of them, in Minnesota. Not only do you share the great outdoor with your dog, but with your daughter and wife. May the Lord grant you many years. Maybe after 20 years living in Michigan, I am so homesick for Minnesota. Ellie doesn't bark for Intruders.

Ellie is so sweet, she & my dog Boondock looks so much alike. His birthday is today, i spoiled him for sure today. He turned 7 yrs old, adopted him as puppy. Boondock loves the woods & forest also. We live & travel in Van. I love the simplicity of your setup/bike & Tiny Cabin.

Great production! Many videos like these tend to emphasize the person and their personality where this is about the experience rather than some annoying internet personality. Slow tv vibe with some history. Thanks for this. Eating in the middle of the woods is like eating out at sea; somehow being removed from civilization makes you more keenly aware of your appetite and food is more precious and enjoyable. Rye Cooder esque slide guitar music ala Paris Texas is icing on the cake.

This video had almost everything. The beauty of nature (your skills are tremendous), Ellie ❤, fishing, and a scary moment or two. I do always wonder about the security of your bike and cabin when you are off exploring. I love your videos. The bike cabin is probably my favorite of your cabins but the boat cabin runs a close second except when you had problems a while back. But then I love when you are in the tiny cabins with your family, too. Ok…so I guess I have a favorite thing about all of your cabins. ❤❤❤

It was nice to hear the story about the lady that helped plant all the trees. I can understand why you like to be further in the forest and not near the road. I am glad Ellie didn't bark when the guys came down the hill and they left with no problems. In Nevada when it's that time of year for meteor showers I'll find a place where it's dark and there's BML and and go car camping.
First time watching one of your videos and once I saw your pup (Ellie,such a cutie )and your one of a kind bike trailer/camper I couldn’t help but admire your idea. Very relaxing! Great idea. And love the idea that you have a dog that you take with you to enjoy good times with. Was little upset with that intruder trying to spoil your time. Grew up in the mid 70's 80's in Ransey township ... then, n Anoka near the high shool.... and as a kid wandered off in winter with a find walking on the irrigation canals, n swamps .. w hot chocolate n some snacks... and adventure!... day trips.. always biked.. and into tiny homes since 20 years ago.... minimalistic camping.... so Cheers! lol. BIG FOOT BABY!! lol. lived out west some and the Sasquatch Chrobicals are cool to listen to before bedtime!! WHEN camping like you! ha ha.

Ellie is so sweet, she & my dog Boondock looks so much alike.
His birthday is today, i spoiled him for sure today. He turned 7 yrs old, adopted him as puppy.
Boondock loves the woods & forest also.

Great production! Many videos like these tend to emphasize the person and their personality where this is about the experience rather than some annoying internet personality. Slow tv vibe with some history. Thanks for this. Eating in the middle of the woods is like eating out at sea; somehow being removed from civilization makes you more keenly aware of your appetite and food is more precious and enjoyable. Rye Cooder esque slide guitar music ala Paris Texas is icing on the cake.

I love your videos. The bike cabin is probably my favorite of your cabins but the boat cabin runs a close second except when you had problems a while back. But then I love when you are in the tiny cabins with your family, too. Ok…so I guess I have a favorite thing about all of your cabins. ❤❤❤

I grew up in Northern Minnesota & still camp a lot. I think it's pretty normal for people to be out walking at night. Love the Videos.
It was nice to hear the story about the lady that helped plant all the trees. I can understand why you like to be further in the forest and not near the road. I am glad Ellie didn't bark when the guys came down the hill and they left with no problems. In Nevada when it's that time of year for meteor showers I'll find a place where it's dark and there's BML and and go car camping.

Grew up in the mid 70's 80's in Ransey township ... then, n Anoka near the high shool.... and as a kid wandered off in winter with a find walking on the irrigation canals, n swamps .. w hot chocolate n some snacks... and adventure!... day trips.. always biked.. and into tiny homes since 20 years ago.... minimalistic camping.... so Cheers! lol. BIG FOOT BABY!! lol. lived out west some and the Sasquatch Chrobicals are cool to listen to before bedtime!! WHEN camping like you! ha ha.
