The problem is that none of the data collected from any of those sightings provides concrete evidence which could tilt the odds in favor of the Alien hypothesis, computer error hypothesis, or the myriad of the other explanations of these phenomena (foreign government technology, etc). The captured footage is of poor quality, and in the infrared spectrum, making it hard to discern any details or clues which could help us understand what these objects are. I don't think that will change, at least in the short term (ie. next 5 to 10 years), and until that happens, we'll probably never get our answer. So because of that, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

To think of how difficult it would be to communicate with Aliens could be similar to us trying to say "Good Morning" to an Ant.... simply put different species communicate differently. Our species communicate Vocally, where as Ants communicate using Pheromones. That said there's a possibility that we will never be able to communicate with other Species :'( .... which is trully sad.
So an Alien species similar to Insects like the Ant might not be able to communicate with US humans,... however they could potentially communicate with "Ants" for example :)!
