Ingredients🍞🥚🍒:
250g/2 cups flour-sifted- +10g/1 tbsp for the cherries
200g/25 cherries-pitted-
200g/2 cups finely ground almonds
100g/7 tbsp soft butter
50ml/1/4 cup vegetable oil
100g/1/2 cup vanilla sugar
4 eggs at room temperature
200g/3/4 cup greek yogurt at room temperature
15g/1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
15ml/1 tbsp amaretto
5ml/1 tsp almond extract
Garnish:
Powdered sugar
