250ml/1 cup lukewarm milk
70g/4 tbsp+2 tsp soft butter
60g/4 tbsp sugar
1 egg at room temperature
25g/a cube of fresh yeast
Filling:
160g/16 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
160g/16 tbsp ground hazelnuts
50g/1/4 cup light brown sugar
50g/1/4 cup sugar
60g/4 tbsp melted butter
60ml/4 tbsp milk
Glaze:
160g/16 tbsp powdered sugar
5-6 tbsp milk
