chicken feet are loved by black/african people in south africa. its a delicasie we cant get over.im so so glad for this recipe. we normally just boil - add tumeric and salt - some spice and voila thats it. thanks. english would be better but its a video so even without understanding its clear to see what you are doing. i could stop swallowing lol
I cooked Chicken Feet in the Philippines last vacation, after browning I boiled in vinegar and water for 1 hour slowly then drained followed by adding ingredients ( garlic, onions, sugar, oyster sauce, msg, orange food colouring, hoisin sauce ) then cooked low heat for 30 minutes. First time Sarap - looking forward to cooking again. Oh I for got to clip the nails haha but they were not hard.
All I can say its that I prepared them today and put the same ingredients and there very good " but if I do them again I will put less soy sauce cause it was salty
The end result looks Very nice, I always wanted to try this. I hadn't found a recipe for it til now though. I agree that the chicken needs to be precooked (fried.) I plan to make this really soon!
Ginagawa ko papakuluan ko muna ung paa sa tubig pra ung tubig gagawin kong chicken brough ng pancit heehhe Pero ayos pinirito muna nya bagong tiknik un para saken
No need to fry it doesn't do anything for ur dish nor adding more salt makes it too salty the soy does more than enough. Over cooked and what's the deal with oyster sauce. No
naka ilang panuod na ko dito everytime na mag luluto ako haha.thank you kc dahil sa panlasang pinoy natututo akong mag luto..:)
