So I was listening to promises by Eric Clapton and just was intrigued by the female singing in the background looked up the information and I found out it was this lady I have to say man she is really good I'm going to have to investigate some more of her stuff

I listen to this song, and become sad. That an amazing voice like this did not reach its potential aside for this song and a couple of others in Shakespeare's Sister.
This song is stunning. I love the way the power edges up and up as the track progresses. Sung with such feeling and dedication. Easily one of my favourite songs of the 90s. (Just bloody scary that it's 25 years old now!! Seems almost like yesterday in a way.)
