Thank you so much Dr.Andrea for the very illuminating demonstration of how an aged person can exercise leg muscles by a simple method of making use of a stair case at home. I am 77 years and after undergoing heart surgery ( CABG) 20 years ago have been finding it progressively more difficult to exercise outdoors, owing to changes in weather as also general physical weakness. I get cramps on leg muscles which I believe is aggravated by use of statins. With the exercises you have demonstrated step by step, literally, I feel so happy that I can make splendid use of the staircase which I have failed to exploit so far. Thank you very much for enlightening me on this eminently practical and sensible practice. May God bless you for your labor of love.

Alternatively I can have a kind of stairways somewhere in my home be it like a decorative or stairway to a small space for office, store or prayer whereby the stair could be used for this exercise. Today, I was thinking of starting to walk up the stairs as I hardly walked since I retired in July 2018. Therefore, I just felt that it is my message. I Will began this exercise as of tomorrow and share you my progress. Thank God for this opportunity.
