- Attack On Titan: What If Pieck and Zeke Were Sent By Marley
Originally, Marley sent Reiner Bertholdt, Marcel, and Annie to attack Paradis and capture the founding titan. This left Pieck and Zeke to defend the mainland. What would happen if Pieck and Zeke were sent instead? Which warriors will stay behind to defend the mainland, and which would be sent to support Pieck and Zeke. How will Zeke complete his plan without alerting Pieck of his treason? And how will Pieck and Zeke uncover who possess the founding titan
i honestly love pieck also suffering the same soul-crushing guilt as reiner did in canon, also the three of them covering this much ground way more efficiently than bertholdt and annie makes sense since zeke and pieck are the brains of the warriors

What if the Mid-East alliance declared war on Marley a month after Reiner, Bertholdt, Marcel and Annie was sent to Paradis island and a blockade was formed around Paradis.

Idk why didn't they just send pieck instead of reiner since it's their mission to investigate and act smartly, zeke, pieck and annie are the best option imo, zeke has more experience, pieck is smart and her titan is useful too, and annie is strong in combats, while reiner, bertholt and marcel could've stayed in Marley, with their armour, the colossal, and the jaws speed they would win any war against the other nations.
Marley was overconfident and thought they could attack the island without the ideal soldiers for the job, part of the reason the warriors failed.
Like Meta said, arrogance was a big role. RBA managed to destroy an entire nation alone and they figured they could crush Paradis as well.
@@thenenhunter2600 I mean if just marcel didn't get eaten by ymir they would've had a bigger chance of getting back home safely, just like you said it's the marley leaders ignorance that pushed them to send 4 kids to the mission, they could've waited at least for them to be teenagers, and that's why willy tybur and magath put them in the facade of the stage to get killed by eren.
Reiner was sent to destroy the gate. Pieck couldn’t and bertholdt couldn’t just walk all the way to the other side of the city

I feel Zeke or Pieck should've been sent with the others. Zeke for adult supervision, or Pieck to aid Marcel's leadership, and in case the Jaws speed was needed in multiple instances that the Cart could instead take to help out.

Well, maybe the walled cities have fortified gates since they're meant to be choke points for Titans invading certain sections of the wall, so while technically they SHOULD be all the same strength and design, that's my only explanation as to why Reiner has these thoughts
See the problem is Reiner is talking as if Bertholdt needs to destroy the wall itself and not the gates. Bertholdt is even intimidated by the wall wondering if he could break it only destroy the gate with little effort.
The scene is just so awkward, it’s hard to tel what’s going on.

Yeah, I think they just associate Gate with Wall, so really when they say "Wall" they really mean the gate specifically but maybe, I dunno, the Japanese see the Gate as a literal part of the wall that just so happens to open up, or at least their language translates to that.
Even Eren and the others said they would need to "seal the hole in the wall" and not Gate specifically so, yeah.
And Bertholdt was worried cause if the wall was stronger than anticipated (assuming the Founding Titan Karl Fritz used the strongest form of Hardening he could) then he'd either just bash in his Titan toes and feet (making it harder to kick the wall repeatedly) and therefore take longer, which would be OK for him as he could just lean on the wall and then slide down on it, but he knows Annie and Reiner wouldn't make it (unless he bent over to get them before they got swamped by Titans)
That's my beat guess over the whole thing. A Japanese language or word meaning barrier that doesn't make as much sense in English, as well as 3 kids trying to think of the best way to keep each other alive and get past the big wall they've heard stories about.
@@thalmoragent9344But I’m not sure how Karl Fritz could use Titan crystals to create a gate that could detach from crystals and allow the scouts to pass through for expeditions. Do you think that Reiner could have destroyed the gates?

Oh, I'm not saying the gates were made of the same material but the idea the gates could be been reinforce by Titan Hardening beneath the layer of brick (and seperated from the rest of the wall) must've been presumed.
All I'm saying is that this would be the only reason why the Warrior kids must've been hesitant, particularly Bertholdt, as they treated the gate as nearly as impenetrable as the wall.
That being said, we KNOW Reiner can destroy the gates, we've seen him do it before, I'm sure he could've just done the same thing twice. Ram the outer wall then inner wall, maybe allow Bertholdt to stay in the city center, run off with Annie and break the second wall, then have Bertholdt Nuke Shiganshina, wiping out all the humans inside and allowing the pure Titans to follow through even quicker and eat the Eldians that were next to the all on the other side of Shiganshina.
Still, maybe the Outer Gates of Walled Cities are truly reinforced more, which is why Reiner only rammed the inner gate, but who knows... all speculation
@@thalmoragent9344 Sorry for coming off defensive, nearly everything in this video is dependent on Reiner being able to destroy the gate. And I’m still unsure if he could do it, like you said the walls could have been reinforced and Reiner would essentially eat shit in front of Pieck and Zeke.

What if all the titan Shifter's powers were switched but their roles are the same, so
Eren Yeagar, Eren Kruger and Grisha had the Armored Titan, Zeke and Ksaver the Colossal Titan, Reiner the Attack Titan, Annie the Jaw Titan, Marcel/Ymir the Beast Titan, Bertholdt the Cart Titan and Pieck the Female Titan
Sorry if I've put this somewhere before I know i'v asked for What if Eren was the Armored Titan and Zeke the Colossal Separately but this I don' t think so LOL

I have a suggestion what if grisha jumped the warrior's when they arrived on paradis and took the four titans
Grisha and later eren would have the jaw, armoured, attack, female, collosal, and founder
NGL the plot armor on Grisha would have to be insane to pull that off. But that’s a fun what if I’ll jot down

That wouldn’t be possible he wouldn’t know which was which as soon as he tried to grab one of them the others would transform and take him down so that suggestion wouldn’t be possible
Damn. A 60m Titan that can make nukes and has armor, can see the past and future holder’s memories, super strong jaw and claws, can copy abilities of the other titans by eating a piece of them, and all the founders stuff.

You missed one significant detail. Grisha leaves the same day Shiganshina is attacked, but if Pieke could get them there 2-3 days earlier, Grisha wouldn't have left when they attack, and would have had to escape with Eren and Mikasa, and maybe even Eren's mother, which would have negated a large portion of his rage.
