Hey y'all we're backkkk! I have been on so many trips this summer so now it's time to share them. The first was the new Amtrak Borealis! What did you think?
Omg my State. I loved Downtown Mpls for over 9yrs. So nostalgic. Even though it was raining a lot you still had a nice time. Your smile and lol is infectious. You went to some of my fav places. The Morracan Place is a hit and miss for me. Nice ppl there seemed a little over busy and maybe needed mute assistance the times I went. Love the vid, ty for sharing. It's called the twin cities because in certain parts of the city you can see both St. Paul & Minneapolis sitting together as if they standing right by each other.
I took my first amtrak train solo to CT. I must say i enjoy business class. I will only do coach if the trip is less than an hour and a half. Thank you for your journeys glad I found this channel.
@@Sojournies i enjoyed it but noticed more stares from a particular group lol it was a bit uncomfortable. As a black woman I will say the places I travel to moving forward I will confirm are safe for solo females particularly with high melanin.
I had to come back to this video to thank you. I watched it a few months ago when you posted. I was planning a work trip to Minneapolis complete with taking Amtrak back to the East Coast. I was able to get to the Breakfast Bar twice! LOL Couldn’t get a reservation for Owamni :( but had dinner at Klassic’s Kitchen. I’m glad you mentioned that the train station was actually in St Paul so I could plan accordingly. I absolutely love your content. Thanks!
Im taking the Borealis for my first solo trip soon! Opposite direction to Chicago! I really appreciate all of your train vlogs. They help me feel more "prepared" for what it'll be like 😅. Also yay for trying out Owammi!
🙋🏾♀️Hey! Thanks for sharing 👏🏾😮😅❤ I love your content ~ you make everything seem so magnificent & of course it is amazing how you travel for work w/no regrets. I am so proud of you (like a daughter from another mother); you remind me of my only “Babygirl”.🫶🏾🥰😍God bless you with safe travels🚈🛬🛳️🚇🚕🙏🏾😂
Just discovered you content. I live MN next time go during the fall (its beautiful) and stay in Red Wing. Have a stay at the Saint James Hotel and then bop around the little city. My fav places are the Fair Trade Bookstore, Bayside Saloon, and if your lucky there maybe a good small concert.
I appreciate your willingness to share about black owned businesses. I just finished watching the video about traveling to Niagara Falls. Would you consider making a video with a mock budget of $2,000. We don't want to grow broke traveling. I love traveling by train mostly along the Northeast corridor. The Carolinian and the Silver Star.
Sooooo. Question. I'm in GA. Where should I start for a good scenic travel that's not too far? I'm open ...not really seeking any specific destination.
My daughter and I are about to be busy. Love your content. Thank you!
Hahaha I love to hear that! You're welcome and enjoy!!

Greetings, I enjoy your travel vlogs, especially as a fellow Milwaukee native. You've inspired me to include train travel in my upcoming travels.
Oh yay!! I love to hear that!
So cool you had such fun in the Twin Cities, my hometown born and raised! The train station has a lovely full service restaurant now.

Love the video, but heads up, there is a light rail train from DT St Paul (station at Union Depot) to DT Minneapolis (40 mins or so)
thanks!

Looks like you really enjoyed that rollercoaster.
Haha I did!
Nice blog. I enjoyed our trip. I am also from mid west and have never been to that mall. So was the return trip worth the splurge. It looked nicer.
@@angelatruly thank you and it was! It wasn’t too expensive either - I think coach was $40 and business was $90
Love love love this vlog! I'm from mke too and this definitely gave me inspo to take a trip.

You would have to look on Amtrak's website! I haven't taken a scenic train in Georgia
