- I picked up this 1962 Chevrolet BelAir 4 door post this spring from a Facebook Marketplace posting where I also purchased the 1966 Buick Electra. It's got a 283 engine and Powerglide automatic transmission but the rear differential is missing. Lets see if we can get this thing to run!! I don't know much history on the car as the previous owner got it in a package deal with some other cars and was looking to part ways with it. If you're interested in the car, it can be purchased in the as seen condition at the end of the video for $750. As always, thanks for watching!

Must have lost the old shop, Now I understand the lack of video a couple weeks ago! You can't fathom how much stuff you have till you move it.
The factory nylon timing gear is the only weak spot in the 283 engines. You always replace the timing chain and gear when you are that far torn down. Also, replace the valve seals while you have it out.

Hopefully you can update us what happened to the old shop. We all know Brandon might have something to do with it. Atleast it was a upgrade 2 post lift bunch of room for activities. Lawn mower man can't do any drive by . Great videos though laugh evertime . Good old boys got me laughing big time

For some reason it hurt me to see the 62 die the outside was nice floor pan's can be replaced finding a small block for the 61 would be easy with all the profits from the 62 if you wanted to sell it just put a rear end it some wheels and it's better than a lot of them.it was just a car . thanks for the great content

Just got my first car and it's exactly the same but a 63 with 3 on the tree. I'm converting it to a floor shift auto soon and putting disks on the front. Awesome car man I love the Revival videos!

I'm glad you can get that type of seal puller to work. they always cut the seal on me. I just poke a little hole in them and use my small slide hammer. Works for me every time. Nice new shop and lift. You must have announced it on a live. Sorry I have a family and we hang out in the evenings, so I rarely catch a live. Still enjoy watching you work while I take a break. I was like 15 or 16 last time I messed with something like that Bel Air.That would have been around 1976.
