Jeremy I don't follow or try everyone's instructions, but I can't tell that you truly study and practice to get the correct information to pass on to others. I have been dedicated to fitness for 35 years, but not professionally; just for myself. You have been teaching so many useful things I have been showing me many new, truly impressive and really helpful body function/correction activities. I also notice that you respect and follow those who came before you and include them in your videos. I've been passing on your videos and would truly love to encourage you to continue being such an amazing help and teacher.

I've been having issues with chronic knee clicking during squatting and other movement where knee flexion is involved. While the clicking itself isn't painful, it does concern me as it's still an uncomfortable feeling. Tried this routine today before my leg workout and it made a huge difference, went from clicking knees on every rep of squats to barely any clicking at all.
    Thanks Jeremy!

I like the emphasis on "contracting the muscle on the opposite side of the stretching muscle". If you dont have the strength to get yourself in that "stretched position" your knee will still hurt, you will just be a bit more mobile.

    hello Jeremy
I have one exercise that could be added to this to adres anterior knee pain, caused by dissemblance between the patella and the femur. doing exercises that train m vastus medialis obliquus keeps the patella in check (it compensate the natural dominant lateral force on the patella that gives in long term cartilage damage). it could be interesting to incorporate this exercise to adres this common pathology.
i really love what you are doing with your videos. Keep up the good work!

    Hey Jeremy!
Thanks so much for all the helpful fitness videos! Your TH-cam videos have helped me a lot! I’d really appreciate it if you could do a video regarding whether you recommend teenagers to track their calories and macros or not. Could being in a caloric deficit be harmful to teenagers who aren’t fully developed? Could it stunt growth or mess with hormonal development at all? I’ve tried to do research, but it seems like there isn’t much info out there about this topic. Could you help me out? I’d really appreciate your advice!!

Man, I wish these information were available in earlier times. I failed my Air Force medical test because of this knee thing. I cried so much after and were in depression for whole six months. 😔😔

In case of medically hindrance like circumscribed issues regarding the hip and leg length differences, can you make suggestions by chance?

Tbh does this video help with back of knee/ankle issues? I have tightness behind my knee and it often pops, but I did both of these tests completely fine, no issues, touching the wall and rotating my feet out far but equally
