Thank you. Agreed. We are in a world of inclusion: 'this _AND_ that'; rather than "this _OR_ that' - all equally valid. Also, our Negative Emotions reliably point toward limiting beliefs. Fear for example is grounded in the idea there is another to be fearful of! And often times that 'other' is represented ONLY in one's assumptions - mentally. Anger is often a 'corrective' objection to not being valued, validated or recognised, yet that assessment is learned, not innate☮
I watched this video last night and had a clear seeing early this morning that "me" is the thoughts continually reinforcing itself like bubbles coming out of children's bubble gun; except there is no one thinking them, just watching! Thank you:)
If You can remain watching the watcher, something happens. I can't really say what happens because it must be experienced. This awareness of consciousness without thought flips back in on itself, again and again and again. It has a depth beyond what is conveyed here with these letters or with the spoken words in the video. I Am that I Am
I is me, both the physical and mental me. I is the whole package of who you are. So what do you mean that I cannot find the I? That has never made sense to me.
Hi there! Sure, if we define "I" as the presence of thoughts and sensations, then the "I" can be found, albeit only in a fleeting way. What I'm rerfering to here is the belief in the existence of an entity called "I" which is aware of the body, which is thinking thoughts, which is making decisions, etc. Such an entity simply cannot be found.
You say, my body, my voice, my mind, my thoughts.. They are all yours. Not you. Your car, your clothes, etc.. have you seen the movie Terminator? The one with Arnold Schwarzenegger. There were scenes where we were looking through the eyes of the robot Arnold. There was a screen with green words and computer sounds running as he was scanning the environment around him. Ask yourself, who is watching the screen in Arnold the terminator? Do a computer at your house has an internal screen where the computer is "thinking" about the command you give to it? This internal "screen" is only available to us. This should be realized first. And then, you will see, the I that sees the screen isn't in the screen at all.

Nobody believes in thoughts
Most people believe in their thoughts. All fundamentals believe in their thoughts.
