This is basically an Eckhart Tolle handbook. It's very welcome and I am happy to hear this message, unfortunately I still feel it is not the solution for the world in 2024. I am 29 years old, I've experienced much of life and went through years of this search for meaning and resolution. Idid find a degree of peace in the live in the now idea, I had a great degree of presence, but in actual fact i was never completely at peace and just living in the now as this "present awareness" never felt 100% genuine, I knew it was avoiding another dimension of truth. That is that pain and suffering are part of life and cannot be avoided. The reality is also that you cannot live like this in this world, in your own dimension of presence. There are still major problems that exist out there in the world and shutting yourself off into this right here right now presence isn't going to solve them. Staying connected to something greater is important but the reality is that there is real pain and suffering in this world which cannot be denied or escaped. The world is in trouble, serious trouble. It is true that we must come from the right place in engaging with it but the problems we collectively have need to be faced and it is not going to be easy.

Hello Sam, thank you for this video, would it be correct to say that direct experience is being hyjacked by thought, and that the feelingsit' are happening to a program not the true self?

Nothing needs to change, drop away, diminish, or dissolve. But something can stop, right, namely seeking? Or is that the same as just get used to it?

Disagree that something can be true but non-understandable. Non-duality is precisely what's native to the mind, and thus why it's hard to form statements. The difficulty is actually with language, not the mind

The experience in the moment is thoughtless being with no real sense of “I” however i a glimpse experienced on a few other occasions there was a sense of sitting back somehow. Outside became inside and the sense of I totally dropped. There was only total openness and just this. Without trying to reference past experiences, how do I (excuse the reference) get back to the sitting back and let it all go?
