I love the way you cook and explain everything. You are incredible!.Your mom must be very proud of you and we are very proud of you. Can’t wait to prepare your recipes.I work in a hospital for forty-two years.I started Cinco de Mayo four days after my birthday, and I wish I had more time to cook and make my videos.Thank you so much.
Another good recipe. I’ve tried your wing recipe but will do some piece’s next time. I wouldn’t recommend chopping on the ceramic cook top though that’s what bench tops are for.
Awesome fried chicken! I could hear those crispy pieces crunched as they rubbed against each other when you moved them around on each other! So, you initially set your temperature at 190 degrees, then 200 degrees, then 240 degrees for the final fry? Thanks for posting this awesome video! I’m gonna try your recipe on the whole chicken that I have in my freezer!
For those that might not know, he used celsius to measure his tempts and not Fahrenheit like I initially thought until I read another person’s comment!
Thank YOU so much for sharing your technique and recipe!!! Interesting how you use your 'spider' to test oil heat. I use a bamboo chop stick. Is this ok? Thank you!
I was worried about your glass stove top cracking while you were chopping the chicken up. I hope your glass stove top didn't break while you were chopping the chicken up. I really enjoyed the rest of your show on cooking fried chicken. Thanks. Please use your kitchen countertop the next time you chop things us, for safety reasons?
Man, I’m glad you asked him to conform if it is in Fahrenheit's or celsius because I thought it was in Fahrenheit! What a disaster that would be if I did his recipe without reading your comment first!
You can fast-forward to skip what you don’t want to watch! I like the whole process because sometimes the creator skipped a crucial part of the process when they tried to shorten their video so that when I tried to recreate what they did I ended up missing a crucial step that made my fried chicken taste like 💩!

I prefer to buy a whole chicken and cut it the way you taught us, than to buy it in separate parts.
Yea the full chicken you get a taste of different parts

Did not notice while making video. Its strong don't worry
Is this Fahrenheit?
Celcius

A good way to crack your stove top
Yeah need to find another side of the kitchen table
I will try this recipe, but I don't think we needed to endure chicken cooking in real time, watching chicken fry for twenty minutes was unnecessary.
Ok

And it only costs $137 bucks. Go to KFC or Popeyes
Ok
$137 is what KFC and Popeyes charge for that much chicken! And still they’re not good because they sit on the heater for 6-7 hours!
