I don't think people want to know about this kind of ticket, mainly because you can use IC. The tickets people want to know about are Limited Express Trains such as Keiei Skyliner, Tobu SpaciaX, and Shinkansen Reserved seats like Gran and Green Class, where you need a Reserve and Normal ticket and can't (generally) use IC.
