This helped a lot. I do not want to get lost and keep asking because I am an introvert so having to ask for help is a cringefest but I have no problem with speaking in Japanese.
Btw this looks like a one-way ticket only. If it's a round-trip, will the ticket get shredded too or does it have a different system at your first exit? Thanks again for the video.

Hi, yes, this is a one-way ticket, but we didn't buy any round trip tickets via this machine, so sorry we are unable to assist on that.
