Strangely I like how the helm already looks at 1:55 much brighter and better with some actually nice scaring
Ya I liked it too at that point
Very nice video! It would be helpful if you had a list of everything used, sandpaper, finish, paint type, etc. Thanks! 👍
Hello! I love the video! What did you use for the wash? Oil or Acrylic paint? And what did you use for the silver scratches on the edges?
Thanks! I used an acrylic wash, due to ease of cleanup and drying time though I do prefer an oil wash these days, the silver was Molotow chrome pen
@@JeffMarxWoodworking Thank you!
How did you get the range finder off
It’s only held on with clips a little gentl pressure
What grit did you use?
double o steel wool
What solution did you spray the helmet with ?
it's windex, it's great for wetsanding metal or plastic
What didbuou use exactly to remove the battle damage? Was it Acetone or something a bit stronger? Great video!
thanks! I sanded the damage off, then finished it with plastic polish. Acetone might react with the plastic
@@JeffMarxWoodworking what grit sandpaper did you use ? And what did you spray on it as you sanded. Thank you
