I love all state fairs. It brings us back to the natural and the good. It’s just so wholesome and each part of the country adds a little bit more to each state fair. Thank you for sharing.
Our county fair starts today! The kids who live in that city all get the day off from school every year and it's half price for them. My son is taking his gf on Saturday and I made them promise to bring me back kettle corn and a cinnamon roll! I have to say I look forward to seeing Violet's smiling face in these videos! ❤
I told u before that I’ll never physically make it to AK. Your trips have transported me there. I really enjoyed the art and the quilts. So many foods to try but I’d like to try the Russian booth. Both my grandparents were from Ukraine. Thanks Lauren for a wonderful view of the fair. Loved it!

When I went to our Exhibition, the equivalent of your fair, loved going to all the arts and crafts, flowers, cakes. Of course my kids got bored so I would bribe them with the promise of rides. What a great idea going without them wished I’d done that. My mum was a brilliant crafter, especially handmade quilts.
Loved seeing quilts, creative Alaska clothing, seeing the different food snacks..you could have absolutely anything. My husband would just go from one booth to another. Biggest pumpkin I've ever seen. Thanks for sharing your fun day.

I love a candy apple. Haven’t been to a state fair in 20 years I would guess. We went 40 years ago and our car was broken into. I guess that put a damper on us going for a while. I liked seeing the horses do there show. Tricks around an arena. Violet making those sounds with her mouth is the sweetest. I just crack up 😂

Awww Violet in her little jumper is the cutest thing ever! The sweet little onesies and sweaters gorgeous! I am a sucker for otters lol. How fun! My cousins live in Alaska and theyre always talking about the things to do there. I actually think I spotted my cousin in one of your Costco videos lol. And we have an older couple in our church who moved from Alaska who always share stories and photos with us. Alaska is definitely a place my heart longs to visit ❤
We just got done with the Saginaw County Fair which I have been a board member for over 20 years. It was a big success. I am also superintendent of the antique department and we have a lot of antique exhibitors that come in just to show their beautiful things. Your Fair is also very nice. A family can spend a lot of money, if your not careful. I remember years ago as a young Farm girl my mom and dad bringing a picnic basket when we went to the fair and we stayed in the park and ate all the good food that my mother had packed for us fun times back in the 40s and 50s. They don’t do that so much today but how fun those years were we each got a caramel or candy apple and we got some cotton candy. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful Fair with all of us.

I’ve never have been to a state fair. A local fair yes… at your fair I’d love the crab, salmon, seafood and a cream puff. I am team funnel cake with powder sugar. Those quilts were just gorgeous!!!
I loved watching all the peculiar handmade rugs, quilts so, so beautiful, I'd love to have some in the decor of my house!!! The food seemed very yummy...😊❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
