I think you should compare the FPS in the exact same places in games. the fps can vary a ton from place to place so even a slight difference could make the comparison inaccurate.
Well... two equally powerful gpu, until we count in rtx and dlss ;p clear winner is the green isn't it 😅
where in EU for example 4080S cost under 1000$? On my market its starting from 1200$+
