Installing Smittybilt Atlas Steps on Jeep Wrangler

We've had a set of Smittybilt's Atlas door steps on our Jeep for a few years now, and we really love them. Its a great way to support yourself as you access items stored on the roof such as camping gear, bikes, skis, and kayaks. Until now we only had a set of these on the rear door, but as we continue to upgrade the Jeep in preparation for camping season we knew access to the entire roof was necessary, so we picked up a second set.
There's a few different style of these hinge mounted steps on the market, but we love the squared off, low profile look of these the best. The seem to fit perfectly into our Jeep and you can easily flip the step down with your toe if you've already climbed onto the Jeep.
We installed these on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon Edition, but they will fit any Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU from 2008-2018 and include adapters for the 2018-present JL and JLU.
