Hey Morgan …. I love watching your video as well as your journey and routine … u r doing great …. I have started my fitness regime 2.5 years back and many of it points are there in my journey …. I feel I have done well and feel much better about myself ….. no crash diets , eating thing occasionally which I love ( indian food and you know that’s tough to resist ) and some extra walk as required … thanks for these input and u keep going
I love the comparison of when you were a lighter weight. However, now you look much more toned!! body composition is so interesting and it’s cool to learn about. Thank you for sharing!! so inspiring it reminds me it’s not always about the scale number.
This is such good advice. As someone who struggled with an eating disorder that involved compulsive over-exercising and restriction, I wish I knew these things back then. Where I’m at now, while I am trying to lose weight again (after gaining some), I’m much more in the mindset of this video. Thank you for this 💕
Aww yes I feel you!! You are doing amazing I’m so happy you realized this for yourself and you’re on this journey, and I think realizing that it’s normal for your weight to fluctuate in life makes you stop overthinking and start living 💗 sending love
Great video, thank you! I am doing a reverse diet and focusing on strength training combined with long walks instead of HIIT etc. and I am eating ~500 cals more than before even though I am taking 3 rest days :) Feels great to gain strength and be able to have more food freedom! I just noticed a small difference on the scale (~2kgs) but my body begins to look more toned :) I am interested in how your weight changed between the pictures? Did you loose weight or even gain weight while becoming leaner (muscle mass is heavier than fat). That is the point where I am a bit anxious right now and it is also the reason why I stopped weighing myself to stay motivated through this journey of a reverse diet :)
I think not weighting yourself is the BEST way to go about it!! I also had to reverse diet to repair my relationship with food & exercise, and not stepping on the scale for 2 years helped, that’s why I can’t say what the exact weight fluctuations for me were because I wasn’t checking. I’m so happy for you though and sending you love and support on this journey!! You are killing it 💗
I have been struggling with food since I was 15. I am 24 now. I weigh 47 kg but I was 44 a few months ago and I eat 1000-1300 calories a day even though I work out a lot. I know that it's unhealthy but this is the only thing that has been working. If I eat more, I start gaining weight immediately, even on 1500 calories. I allow myself to eat 1800 or more on the weekend but that's about it. Do you have any advice on that? I used to be 60 kg (165 cm) and have experimented for years with food and working out but haven't found a way to boost my metabolism after the weight loss. Thank you xx
I was your case. Now I am at my heaviest (55) however I look better. If you start eating more you will gain weight, in the beginning fat as well. what you need to do is to start strength training in the gym - build muscle. They are metabolically more calorie consuming, weight more but you will look “toned”. Also start walking more and ditch endless cardio. Prioritise protein. Now I eat 1800 on a cut and maintain 2200/2300
@@magorzatagutkowska2514 my journey is similar to yours. I'm 163 cm. And I maintain at 2200 calories. I use to eat less than 1000 💔 but I look leaner now since I have more muscle 💪 I also naturally walk a lot since I live in Europe and it's part of their culture.
Try to follow the tips above and also increase your calories by 50-100 each week. No need to track, just include one extra slice of bread, a banana, or a little bit more pasta, rice, oats, etc. Than start increasing healthy fats too and always keep your protein high.
@@sofiairias6319 thank you, I live in Europe as well. How much time did it took you to go from 1000 to 2000? I have been trying to build muscle but I stop every time when the scale goes up and start again when it normalises.
@@viktoriadimitrova877 it took me about a year tbh. I started slowly increasing week by week. My weight probably did go up but I didn't weigh myself because I knew it would hold me back. Besides, if you're eating more of course you're gonna weigh more because there's more food in your stomach but that doesn't mean you're gaining fat, it can be water weight or muscle, especially if you do it slowly. Also remember to eat whole foods most of the time but include some fun foods you enjoy to incorporate balance and prevent binging.
I love u so much ❤❤I am similar with u,you set a nice example for me😭😭can u give some suggestions for me.Once I don’t work out I will very regret and even I stay up late I still push myself to do workout😢😢
