Another way that you can clean the DPF if it's throwing a fit. Is the diesel particular filter is you just remove it from the truck? You tape off one end and then you feel it with engine cleaner that's designed to remove grease and carbon from your oven and you just let it sit overnight and then you rinse it out with a hose😅 it also same trick will generally work on most of your EGR components. You just have to be careful because some of them have plastic and that will disappear too

Yep we also clean the DPF without removing. We use a high quality hydrogen no chemicals we data track every cleaning through the software. And the beautiful thing is is we have zero knocks coming out while doing the cleaning we here at TSS I've been doing hydrogen technology for 16 years all over the world.

Water meth injection makes so much sense to me , guy talked about it on another pod cast , he said the motors that ran never looked so clean on disassembly . Its crazy how these things are supposed to be for the environment yet the chemicals you need to maintain and resources that they consume is insane . Does it get rid of the ash that's the question. Soot can be burned off with a regen, it's the ash that gets trapped in the filter.

Can you perform the DPF spray clean yourself or would you have to use a shop?

Low rpm and start to accelerate a little will clog it up fast.
If you have no emission and do this you create smoke. With emissions toy get clogged fast. Best to drop a gear, but you can accel so the turbo can keep up. I call it rolling into the throttle.

Looks like the JLM Adblue Plus is the only DEF additive out there to stop crystallization of the DEF fluid. Why has no one else in the USA marketed a product like this?

One item that isn't really discussed is preventing soot formation to begin. Max-mileage fuel borne catalyst does this.

Guys watching this that own a diesel truck just for the sake of owning a diesel truck either need to buy a pre emissions truck or delete the truck because it you just drive it back and forth to work every day 20-30 minutes the truck doesnt ever get loaded which creates the heat needed to properly clean the filter if you only tow your boat once a year or whatever youre going to have serious issues with your EGR and DPF systems but having an intimate understanding of how they work ive had a class taught hy a former bosch engineer for 30 years he taught us very well on the science of whats actually happening in them so im very skeptical of this id say its probably a bandaid at best
