I have had so many questions about how many cars I own, where certain projects I have worked on, and when a vehicle will return to the channel. Today we answer all those questions! Side note: This is not a flex. Most of these cars are complete garbage. Quantity does not always mean quality.
Double side note: I forgot I could only have up to 5 cards in a video, so check my previous videos and playlists to see some of these vehicles I mention.

I still have the Maverick. She’s rough but I’ve been collecting parts. Been sitting in my back yard since the day after I got it from you. Should start building it after I finish my Sprite resto this summer.

Sweet looking shop man. I'm looking forward to seeing you move into it. You have a lot of stuff going on I can't wait to see all of it getting done. If I had to pick, dude I can't pick. The original Galaxy cop car, the return of Rump, the Charger coming back, great content potential.

My second car was a 69 VW Squareback, loved that car. It was also fuel injected and once I found a shop that could work on the FI, it was awesome. Best gas mileage car I’ve ever owned.

I wrecked a VW squareback once, old lady pulled out right in front of me, I had to swerve to miss her and smacked the curb sideways on front right wheel.

I am a big fan of your work Dylan, I would LOVE to see what plans you have in store for your 1958 Plymouth Fury! I believe that this car would be a great one to start out with in the MCCool auto shop your building. I am a painter in 2 trades. So whoever's doing the paint and prep work on that shop is doing great! Keep up the good work bud!!!

Congratulations on the shop, that's beautiful! Your gonna get a lot of work done in a fully stocked , heated and air conditioned space, that's huge. My first car was a 68 VW squareback, 4 speed manual with a fi, air cooled suitcase engine. Also had a 73 with an automatic I seem to remember some thing about a ceramic part that was connected to fuel injector replacement because my father always complained about how fragile they were, probably because he over tightened it. Nevertheless, continued success Dylan, and God bless.

Good luck on those cool projects bud you've worked hard to and put up some brilliant content over the years, can't wait to see some of these projects come back to life especially the Savoy & Police interceptor. Could try filling some of these seized engines with diesel from the carb until there full gotta be worth a try for a few bucks.

Dylan, you know that the little white Duster that you're talking about making into a Demon is a fairly rare car. Plymouth called that the Feather Duster and it was made in the 70s to get really good fuel mileage after the first gas crisis of 73. It had the slant size, four speed, aluminum parts and really high gears for good mileage. It might be a great time to restore it with gas prices going nuts!

Awesome video Dylan! I have kept an Excel spreadsheet of every car I have owned, what I paid, what I sold/junked/parted them for. I have owned 114 cars, but I'm a little older then you at 44 and didn't start seriously buying until my 20s. I still own 21 cars, (on one acre by the way!!) and its fun to remember all the places, parts, and stories about all of them. I still own my high school car, my first hot rod, the first truck I learned to drive on, and my dad's hot rod. Love the channel, keep it up. I have my own YT channel and have a 1980 Dodge W200 build coming up this summer I am looking forward to.

Would love to see you restore the Bronze colored 78 Cordoba back to it's original look! I've always had a soft spot for the Cordoba's ever since a friend of mine bought a new one back in 76 and let me borrow it for a couple of hours while the car that I owned was in the shop for repairs! I fell in love with that Chrysler and didn't want to give it back! LOL...

Dylan, one of my 1st cars was a 5th Ave with a 318.
As far as what you show next on the channel. The plymouth savoy, imperial, and the trucks would be awesome...and although I am not much of a Ford guy...the state trooper car would be sweet...also the charger and your 1st dart need to get some love.

I have owned a 64 Dodge Polaris 440 with 727 push button trans. 68 Dodge Dart 318 auto yellow with black top and interior , and a 73 Duster 318 hurst 3 speed midnight blue with white strip from front fender to rear , and a 70 Plymouth Satellite same color as a Duster with same motor and trans , great body style ! The 68 Dart and 70 Satellite are by far my favorite of all of these , would love to have either one now ! On the Cordovas I have had friends that have owned them and don’t know much about them but two I got involved in sounders like they had jumped time but I made a jumper wire and bypassed the module on the firewall and boom thangs started and ran fine in both cars a $2.50 part had these guys ready to tear down to check if the timing chain had jumped teeth . All said I sure need a car !!

This is awesome Dylan. I also have a very similar story to you. I’m 15 years old and as of right now I own 7 vehicles lol, but I’m mainly into fords. I got my first vehicle, a 75 Ford F-250 4x4 when I was about 11 and the collection grew from there. I’ve also worked for some vehicles too. Just finished working off a 73 F250 Camper Special, and later this summer I’ll be working off a 66 Mustang hopefully. I owned 7, sold 2, bought 2 more, and I’ll probably be buying and selling more this summer. Great video Dylan keep up the good work

You have some great stories and memories for such a young guy Dylan! You have some great cars with great potential. My dad bought a 69 formula S 383 barracuda that had the front suspension bent from a curb hit. The car was primered black, had fenderwell headers and a 850 holley. The car came with an entire k frame with suspension parts and a set of wheels and tires off a gmc typhoon....all for 600 dollars. A friend helped tune it up, we sanded it and sprayed it black primer, replaced doir panels and a few other interior parts. We got 9k for it, i sold the typhoon wheels with goodyear z rated tires for 600 on ebay. My old friend is a mopar nut and has a 71 demon with a 440 six pack and an overdrive 4 speed and a pistol grip with 456 gears, the trans has 309 first gear and launches hard and cruises at low rpm on the freeway. Best of luck with the new shop!! Looking forward to seeing more content.

Dylan, I know you get a lot of comments and probably don't have time for them all but I wanted to say that I hope and pray you do something special with the 1980 d100. As soon as I saw it I thought of my father and I teared up. When I was young and had just come home from the Army my father owned one just about exactly the same, only the year was different, black, red interior, small block, short box check even the rims look the same. He gave me that truck and I loved it more than anything else I have ever owned, until a shady mechanic offered to help me fix it to pass New York inspection. He then told me it couldn't be made road legal and I had no choice but to sell it, I needed a vehicle for my job. I sold it to him far to cheaply because I was far to stupid. 3 weeks later I saw it on the road in my area. He "fixed" it and sold it on. I have been dreaming of getting another one or that one back for 25 years. Seeing your brought tears. Take good care of it. Please. Paul

I'm 46 and have had 65ish shitboxes being a city dweller. Pretty sure if I had property where I could store more, I'd be well into the triple digits. That said, I've learned about quality over quantity and how bad hoarding/unrealistic expectations really is. Helping clear out a lot of relatives/friends properties just made me realize that it's not a contest and nobody really cares how much junk one has until someone has to deal with it.

Dylan if I am not mistaken the blue step side and the red Adventurer are 79 unless the grilles have been changed because the 80 had a black insert and the 79 had chrome a grille. Same grille just different color and material. If I am wrong my apology, but I don't think the grille's have been touched.

Not too surprised about it, considering the bulk of your cars start out as junk. I'm all for it, that's how most junkyards get started and guys do well by it. Hard work pays off, and passion is it's own reward!
My first car was a '64 Chevy Custom for $200 that overheated. Had a cracked piston, so I went to a junkyard, got a used piston, got the car running well and sold it for $600. Then found a '66 GTO with a blown engine for $200. A friend knew a guy with a '66 C Stock Tri-Power engine and ended up with a nice GTO.

Back when I was in High School, my friend and I would drive around and look for folks that had cars in their driveways all covered in dust or sitting in the backyards (Visible from the street, no we didn't creep on folks properties LOL) we would knock on the door and see if they wanted to sell, often we would pay 50 bucks for the car, drag it home using my bud's 78 K5 blazer and some chains. get the cars running, clean them up and sell them. Made some good money in the early 90's on that :)

I didn’t buy or trade this ms y cars in my life 🤣😂but I can’t remember how many cars of types I’ve had without sitting down and thinking hard. I never took pictures. I started at 12 years old. I used to drive my mom and grandmother to a hospital in the city 36 miles away. I was 12 yrs old stung a 51 Nash Stateman. In those days kids did drive young. I’m almost 74 now. Still in love with cars. Good thing my wife said please don’t collect!!!! Lolol. I now own a racing adult go cart a 69 corvette that needs a tach needle and dash side. I spent two years doing the body. It’s immaculate. I can’t get $$$$$ for it. I was told it’s worth 30 some thousand. I enjoy your videos!!!!

I had over 20 cars before I got out of High school. Bought my first one, a 53 Chevy 2-door for $75 bucks and drove it home. I was 12 yrs old. Now I'm old and I've owned several hundred cars since. Bought a 71 455 Gran Safari Pontiac wagon for $100 bucks when I was 13. Paid $300 bucks for a bigblock 72 SS El Camino when I was 15. Just kept finding old cars cheap and kept buying them. Drove a 67 Firebird with a 455 swap to high school along with a 69 C-10 stepside with a 540hp 327 in it. Got it when I was 16. Also had a 71 Vega drag car I built in high school and a bunch of other cars that just came and went. I only have about 15 cars now. It becomes a curse for life. I'm always on the lookout for more project cars to this day. Problem with owning a bunch of cars tho is the more you have, the less work you get done on them. A lot easier to focus on one project car, but I never could do that.

Cool seeing all the cars and their stories with you. Random tidbit on the Monaco, I owned a ‘66 and dealt with the poor parts availability. On stuck engines like the crushed Charger, jack it up, remove the starter and inspection plate, then pry back and forth on the ring gear teeth with a large screwdriver or small pry bar, being careful not to break the teeth. If that fails, remove a head, get a fat, copper or brass drift, and start pounding on pistons with a sledge hammer, or if stick shift, put it in high gear jack up one drive wheel, put a prybar through the lug nuts and work it back and forth. Any of these methods can deliver far more torque to a rusted engine than a wrench on the pulley, especially backwards, and force in alternating directions 100 times over is best. and neither the pulley nut nor the starter can deliver enough force in reverse.

I've been looking for a short bed Dodge pickup for some time. The ones I see are all rusted out. I know this doesn't help the Cordoba but.....I used to service a Dodge van that was used for transporting special needs children. The oil pan drain plug was stripped out. In it's place was an expandable drain plug. It used a special tool that was in the glove box. You stuck the tool into the plug and twisted it. The tool would push the rubber back far enough to then pull the plug out. I have no idea where the oil drain plug came from. It did work though. Not a real help but maybe you could find one on the internet for the Cordoba.

I could set here and pick at you for not finishing something and then look at my fifty plus years of collecting an never really finishing very much of anything unless i made some serious coin. I gave rigs away that should have me looking out of the crossbar hotel, they were rare and really nice rigs. My biggest grief was people picking and poking at me as what am I doing with it stuff and get tired of it and just give it away to find freedom.... that is till 2005, oct first, I caught a man who fell from his roof of his house and he is just fine, I was in the hospital for some time an in the next week still got to have more surgery. I have not done anything significant or fix on anything because of pain. I can not stand up, i lean on counter tops and wish to god the pain would just go away. I love that shop and know that as big as it is, you dream big an will build a storage building just as big someday. Way to go young man

  • @alan6832

On the Rump, the 4 speed, and rust preventers to help it live outside should be the most practical option.
I suggest you have one economy car (or motorcycle), one hotrod, one tow vehicle, which can be the hotrod if it is a big one, and one 4wd off roader, which can also double as the tow vehicle too if it is big, and one, hopeless parts car for each. The rest you should flip, after getting them into daily driver condition if practical. What I don't see is a good economy car, unless one of those Darts or Dusters has a massive overdrive gear for highway cruising.

The reason I don't give up on an engine when I see low compression is that the rings can be stuck, either by rust or by carbon. Use and heat cycles can free up rusted rings and fuel and oil detergents can often, though not always, free up carbon stuck rings, so low compression does not always mean engine overhaul. It might mean valve job too, which is in between.
