The story about panicking with the spider made me laugh, I had a huge snake (one of my worst fears..) in my backyard of my new house recently, and my dad and I had a similar experience of frantic uncertainty with what to do. The whole thing reminded me of the 80s movie The Great Outdoors, when John Candy and Dan Akroyd clumsily fight off a bat inside the cabin. 😅
I don’t like encountering spiders when I don’t expect it, but back in the 90’s I made myself hold a tarantula and an imperial scorpion at an insect show to overcome my fears. Surprisingly, I discovered pet tarantulas (Chilean Rose species) are very cool and docile! I would rather hold one than a hamster that always bites!
I’m over covid! Tomorrow I am going to continue conquering my fear of driving! It’s scary and exhilarating at the same time! I really enjoy the realness you bring to YT. as the youngest of brothers and sisters i totally agree on the "sorry kid you came last" bc compared to my older siblings i don't have many pics even through when i was born cameras were more updated i never let my parents forget it and it became an inside joke and my siblings tease me so much with it but i love all of them so much and i love you as well and i wish your channel more and more growth in the times to come.
The rather abundant amount of purple 🟣💜 used in this video is very admirable and appreciated!!! Purple is my favorite color....lol. I was also the spider slayer in my household. I love that Manta sleep mask.... I'll wear it with my c - pap and I can go as a kamikaze fighter pilot for Halloween 🎃....lol.

I’ve recently had twins, and the silk manta mask was amazing to help me sleep in the hospital with all the lights constantly being on. Love mine so much ❤would highly recommend. I love these masks for my migraines especially the cooling cups. Over a decade ago I suffered a TBI that left me with debilitating migraines, even hemiplegic migraines. Definitely recommend the masks 👍

I've never heard of them before but my mum has suffered from migraines almost her entire life and I'm hoping these can be a great support for her. I'd love to get the blackout eye mask but I'm scared that I'd just never want to get out of bed and run late for everything (I actually intentionally have to keep a nightlight on to make it easier to wake up at 4:30 AM for my morning commute). Hi Jeannie, I don’t really use sleeping masks on the regular but I found a cute product that you might like: Japanese (one time use 😢) heating sleeping masks. They have different scents (there’s also non scented) and gently warm up (once open) for something like 20 minutes. I find them to be very comforting ( especially in the winter). I bought from a company named Kao but I think there are other brands. Hope you are having a great day 😊
Purple is your colour Jeannie! I think you guys gave Spidey a heart attack!! 😂😂 I take Maxalt as well and have for 20 years. Now though I take an anti-depressant and haven't had a migraine in a steady fashion in over 5 years. Gotta go check those masks out

I actually have the manta sleep mask and can’t praise it enough. So comfortable. Wish they sold the attachments in Canada. There are cooling pads for the eyes that I have my eyes on

I suffer from cluster headaches so I get migraines for DAYS (sometimes weeks!) at a time, and every eye/sleep mask I’ve ever tried hasn’t worked because of the pressure on my eyes or it completely covers my nose so I’m definitely going to check out this mask and the cool cups for it! Terrifying fact that I learned recently is that tarantulas are territorial so if you kill one, others in the area will be able to smell that it’s dead and they will start coming from other places to fight for that territory.

Thanks Jeannie! I used to get migraines very regularly...hormone related. Much fewer these days but can be sinus related so that chilled mask looks great. I immediately looked up Manta online.

Who would like Jeannie to do a Q and A? My question would be as someone who has worked in the airline industry does it make air travel easier? And what tips can she give for lengthy travel and navigating the airport and checkin. All of which i find extremely difficult to navigate.

I’m glad you have something that works. They’re awful. I used to get them 1-2 times per month and I’d lose days to them. I added up the days I think I lost over the years and I calculated about 6 years of time was lost to pain. So I’m really 6 years younger because I didn’t get to live those days! 😁

Those masks are also great if you don't like the "flat lashes" you can get from the pressure of the mask or if you have eyelash extensions.

Terrifying fact that I learned recently is that tarantulas are territorial so if you kill one, others in the area will be able to smell that it’s dead and they will start coming from other places to fight for that territory.

Who would like Jeannie to do a Q and A? My question would be as someone who has worked in the airline industry does it make air travel easier? And what tips can she give for lengthy travel and navigating the airport and checkin. All of which i find extremely difficult to navigate.
We travel a lot so we know the ropes, definitely. But it can still be stressful for even us. The trick is to be prepared and arrive early. 😊

I have migraines as well! The Manta looks wonderful. So happy for you that you found your perfect medication ♥️ it’s Nurtec for me- there’s nothing like finding a med you’re actually confident will work. It gave me so much freedom back.
I’m glad you have something that works. They’re awful. I used to get them 1-2 times per month and I’d lose days to them. I added up the days I think I lost over the years and I calculated about 6 years of time was lost to pain. So I’m really 6 years younger because I didn’t get to live those days! 😁
