Research Bill Gates and Richard Branson's investment in Nigeria. The government taxed Branson so much and made things so difficult he left.

The people in Abuja are much calmer and way lot less noisy than Lagos.
Lagos population 20 milli, Abj 4milli, what do you expect.. centre of excellence, where 50,000 people troop in everyday.
Abuja was planned before it was built, hence better organised compared to Lagos which grew organically
