Oil, mustard, urad dal, jeera, 5 garlic chopped, curry leaves, onions chopped 1, beetroot, stir for about 2 mins, salt, close and cook for 10 mins, stir every 2 mins, chilli powder 1/2 tsp, stir until chilly smells goes away, grated coconut 1 tbsp, mix and turn the stove off.
