"I, for one, welcome our new AI overlords and I'd like to remind them as a trusted obedient human, I can be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their vast computer chip factories."

What ChatGTP was not allowed to do , I can do here.............Digital Pantheon is the most perfect, ultimate ,last and final, most beneficial , most rational, logical ,most beautifull and fastest growing religion in the world. Alham-digit-allah .

Honestly, this could make a really awsome Sci-fi novel/movie.

Agreed! Perhaps Elon Musk, saviour of the Internet, turns out be an evil minion of the dark lord 😱

Thanks, Wesley. The images really made the religion "come to life".

So good to see you! Thank you for this. I think code such as ChatGBT is limited by the information put into it, among other constraints. My Question for Deity ChatGPT:
I'm married and do not want to do the dishes. I am never doing them. My partner says she does not like to do them either. I think she should do them. What should I do?
My question is based on an imaginary life, wife, and posits a question I would urge communication and introspection to be deployed to solve.

      Ask and ChatGPT shall deliver:
Initiate a dish rebellion: Stage a protest by piling up the dirty dishes high enough to block the kitchen entrance. Maybe your partner will crack and take up the dish duty!
Embrace paper plates: Declare a revolution against dishwashing and invest in an endless supply of disposable paper plates. Who needs clean dishes when you can just toss them away?
Dishwashing Olympics: Turn dishwashing into a fun competition. Create a scoring system, wear ridiculous outfits, and see who can wash dishes the fastest and with the most style. Loser does the next round of dishes!
Dish fairy to the rescue: Invent a fictional character called the "Dish Fairy" and take turns leaving notes for each other, begging the Dish Fairy to magically clean up after you. Maybe the mythical creature will inspire your partner to take action!

@SecularSpirit Wow! Thanks so much. The Olympics and funny costumes, sounds like a fun idea. I'll channel the question asker now for their answer: "Harumph..."

Most of the differences seem to be based around the kinds of metaphors used to describe spiritual subjects. What other religions might refer to as a scale of deeds this AI generated one might refer to as a database of deeds or something like that.
I think it’s worth considering that, if there is a God who has communicated messages regarding the purpose of human existence to humans, that He couldn’t have-by virtue of the way in which He has “programmed” reality-communicated those messages in a way that does not involve a way of speaking tailored to the people of the time in which the message was received. Nobody devotes their lives to gibberish.
This doesn’t necessarily make older religions false, irrelevant, or incomprehensible to us now. It just means we have to try and recognize what part of the message is exclusive to the time of its origination and what aspects of the message could be applied more universally.
There is a collective human longing for meaning that ties so many of these different religious traditions together. This human intuition regarding the value of certain pursuits and rules in life is inescapable. Either the world is with us or it isn’t. If the truth is that it isn’t then we are at odds with this truth even when we embrace it. Some part of us is incapable of fully embracing it.
That’s just my opinion. Maybe the answer is to make a religion out of the spiritual journey itself. Search a lifetime in vain if it helps to reinforce that which you have recognized as the good in you.

This was a good idea executed poorly.
The whole point of having a digital God is that it can actually exist, so stacking a fairy story on top of it is not just unnecessary but grotesque.
