More tips for Harbor for anyone who cares: 1. People forget the fact that you can lob the Cove orb, and it can be pretty useful for timing up info peaks. Toss it near an angle, then peak it right when it activates to get some info, and maybe even a free kill, while staying protected. The tighter you manage to hit this timing, the harder it becomes to be traded out. 2. Remember that your Cascades can act like pseudo-flashes and a repositioning tool, using it up close will quickly conceal info and may affect enemy vision in almost the same way a flash can, especially when you know it will pass through them. Don’t be afraid to play aggressively with this to catch them off guard. - from a Harbor main
They actually removed the pre-start slide. I had a terrible game where I was getting constantly caught in the open because I was missing a slide most rounds, turns out it's because they removed that free slide and I just hadn't realized it.
@@rev0live752 I'd love to see a video post patch of it happening, because I got really damn good at it so I don't believe it was skill issue on my part.
a bonus tip for yoru, you can actually look down while jump teleporting to make your head hitbox somewhat decreasing/smaller, you will receive more body shot but at least u survived
Dude, thank you for talking about Deadlock’s sensors. So many people are like “Deadlock why aren’t you tripping flank” and I feel so dumb having to explain that people just walk past them all the time. I just put them in high traffic areas where people shoot/swing or post plants to swing the defuser while they’re concussed.
With the Neon tip, there's a slight amount of information that will be helpful, with the buff to neon giving her 2 slides, the ability is "used" in pre-round and then refreshes once the slide ends. However, if you slide right as barriers drop, that ability is permanently used up unless you get the kill refresh. It used to not be this way when she had one slide, but I assume it was changed to be balanced.
You can actually drop fade util early. *Doesn't tell us how* Thanks Konpeki. This will really convince me to sign up for your $1000 minimum coaching program.
For yoru players: if you want to be even LESS hittable when teleporting, try looking down and away from the enemy. Your head hitbox will be hidden behind your body, meaning you can't get headshotted as easily and will be able to tp out.
The Neon tips is outdated, they shadow nerfed the preround slide, made the recharge time way longer. Now if you attemp to slide right before the barrier drop you will lose 1 slide
for deadlock, also make sure your team is committed to a site if you want to place a wall behind you. had a team that consistently went onto site fast so after a few rounds i just threw it preemptively so i could rush in too knowing i didn’t have to go back. they took one gun fight and then left immediately that round. very awkward 4 of us knifing the ball
A really useful tip for deadlock: Her sensors are not like cypher's trips and her barrier is not like sage's wall. If you understand this, Then playing deadlock and identifying lineups will become a lot more easier. Also, Dont forget to use your gravnet. It's in your arsenal for a reason.
As gekko for substitute the main problem with me is not getting good smokes and stuff which leaves me open to other angles while flashing or just picking my buddies back up But I play with my friend who's higher than me so whenever someone else takes smokes they don't know how and when to smoke like me despite being in the same elo with them
Sova is so damn easy to use in low elo, everyone makes footsteps at the start as attackers because there is no shift walk function in low elo, but when i eee my sova do an early arrow to scan all 5 audible enemies, i cry a little 😢
I was a bit dissapointed by the Cypher Tip. Its sure usefull but if my whole team screams at me why I am not holding my site, becuase i went away to hold another spot, i soon have no fun going away from the setup anymore.
The way I see my games, it's usually the entry (duelists) that's the problem despite me setting up pn smoke or flashes to clear angles and watch behind them. If I do the entry (as anyone but sentinel), the duelists are always eslewhere "lurking". Yeah, I'm silver. So I've been wondering... is it right to play duelist as entry but bottom fragging? I mean, I could rush entry for our team and give them info before I die on site, or if they push slow I'll just lurk and hit them behind. If yes then I'll probably gain confidence in picking duelists, if not then I'll stick to use controller...
“Too passive” is a biggest mistake for all team competitive games. 😅it’s fine if you play passive, but don’t cringe when your teammates need you 😌Be confident, even you made a mistake, learn from it, and improve yourself ❤
The Astra Tip was like "We don't play Astra" ... It could be like, you can pick up your Star for a short smoke to cross a dangerous zone. For example, you are behind yellow box on icebox B and your team want to rotate to A over attack spawn, but enemies looking at your spot. Just place a star, pick it up and run through the short smoke. It also could be like suck yourself out of a smoke to surprise enemies with an unexpected move. Or use your suck to prevent enemies from defusing. But your tip is, "Don't waste your stars". Wow, thanks guys.
he's actually correct tho if you watch Maxie (radiant astra main), his play style is reactive, saving stars to respond to enemy sometimes he does put some stars at the start but then the enemy goes to the other said, he said he made a mistake and goes back to being reactive
@skyfeelan that's just common sense, though. Why would you put all your utility down at the start of the round? That's like throwing every piece of any other agents kit at the start of a round.
Astra has nothing to do with her kit, the main issue 99% of all astras do below immortal is spending too much time in astra form rather than aiming, and not communicating where you wish to use your kit. Soooo many players say “astra can only be played in ascendant+” while thinking her kit is “hard”, her kit isnt hard, you just require a brain every time I use it, unlike Reyna who can literally just shut down and not think of anything except the mistakes of her teammates. Simply communication is the key to Astra. The best Astra player I met in comp are the players with a plan. Just look at TH’s Boo. The man with the Astra plan right there.
Honestly, I think this video should've been called "1 tip or trick for each agent" because I don't feel like you're talking more about the mistakes, but rather just tricks.
