What are you talking about is very different from the videos topic. Also Air India's A350 doesn't have Air India interior, its Aeroflot interior with some Air India touches.
Air India was a luxury airline before being nationalized. Now that it’s back in the hands of the Tata group, I would expect nothing less than it to be a premier way to fly globally as it was originally intended by Dorabji Tata. Good Succession planning would be a key factor to fill the large shoes of Ratan Tata.

Hey, so the a350s which are shown are ex Aeroflot cabins and are not the same which would be retrofit. However the ones shown on AI’s new video of the wideobody aircraft’s is more spacious and luxurious! ❤ ✈️
This is a much-needed investment to bring the brand back up to world standards. However, the airline faces the challenge of the mentality of the Indian population. This could be the employees (direct or indirect) and the travellers. (Yes, I am making a large-scale generalisation; however, I have travelled enough to know how we treat our own airline when compared to a foreign one). We will first need to show pride and respect for this TATA-owned product. TATA on the other hand will have to ensure that the in-flight personnel, ground staff, etc., are rightly trained in the way that is expected of a global leader airline.
Direct, nonstop Air India flights from across USA to deeper Indian cities need to be offered, it's high time we are entering 2025...ex: Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, Indore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Nagpur, Lucknow, Jaipur/Agra; etc.
The new interiors and cabins on the air India aircrafts couldn’t come sooner. The airline is in a desperate state and swiftly needs to provide a better product if they need to have any chance to compete with the gulf carriers. Basically, they need to get the basics right. Unfortunately, that is not the case today.
I just flew the A350-900 from BOM to BLR. I loved it especially after my previous flight was on the 777-300ER from JFK which was truly atrocious. I was traveling business class and the new one resembled UA’s Polaris. On both flights cabin staff were incredible, friendly and super helpful. Finally AI doesn’t need to be nearly as good as the Middle Eastern carriers, especially in the equipment department because as a resident of the US the clincher for AI would be direct flights to major Indian cities. If the aircraft are anything like the A350 that I flew in, I’m sold because of the other factors that I mentioned.
They need to hurry up! This is taken took long and really need to focus on the international client more than the domestic! US clients been waiting long time for this
Once a pioneer in the commercial airline sector, and that first class business/luxury travel, Air India will finally be in it's familiar territory. It sucks when well known and established companies and entities go through a crappy situation for several years, in this case several decades, only to be left in shambles. I guess we can thank the Congi family run "government" of India that sadly plundered India between the 1950's into the 2000's. They pulled a cheap one over the Tata's and stole the company to make their profit only to bring the airline to a new time low. Happy to see times moving on and Air India back in the hands of it's original owner. My best wishes and congrats to the airline, they're gonna be a great one.
Wasn't the new Air India livery launched too soon if the aircraft cabins interior are not yet up to standard? Cabin product and service level not improved you’re just flying an aircraft with a new painting scheme. It is like a scam.
The new a350s with the new livery were originally for aeroflot and they have aeroflot's configuration. Newer a350s will come with air India's own configuration
The new cabins will stay somewhat fresh for a year and then start to rapidly deteriorate. It's Air India we are talking about. Don't get your hopes up.

AI or any other Indian careers has very few growth prospects as govt, of India has restricted bilateral seat rights with major destinations such as Dubai. Indias protective policy is not good for Air India or passengers who has to pay hefty premium to fly to India. Today’there are only 66,000 seats per week with Dubai where 2.0million Indians live and 5 million Indians visit .
