I wish my teacher had told me that the ID thing would’ve been fine if I hosed myself off. Oh well, I got perfect scores on my first baby simulator. (Weirdly enough, even though everyone warned me that simulations with RCB3 are “harder” than RCB2+, my first one was a 3, and I got perfect scores, but my second run was 2+, and I took too long once to figure out what she needed, and found the schedule to be more difficult. Like, my first class that I did this, most of the time, Donny just wanted food. Second class with these babies, Alice was super fussy and even if I had just given her something, then she wanted something else only a few seconds later.)
The hardest part of the first simulation was that Donny’s battery ran out an hour before the simulation was supposed to end and I freaked out thinking I did something wrong.
Daycare pauses the simulation whenever needed, lets say the student needs to do something important and baby cannot disturb them, they would contact realityworks in order to have them temporarily pause baby. :)
Hello, so I’ve been thinking about starting a real care program hopefully in 2 to 3 years, I was wondering if would be possible to somehow make the software more blind user friendly as I am totally blind and in a wheelchair. I do have a real care baby for personal use, how ever, I can not navigate the software on my own even with screen reader assistance. The only thing I’m able to do is open the software and click on the all babies screen. I tried swiping and double tapping on the screen, using the keyboard to navigate the boxes below, and I even tried a Bluetooth mouse, putting my laptop on mouse monad and moving the mouse around to see if I can navigate it, and nothing. Someone has to help me in the end. I was also wondering if at all possible, there could be a few more sound affects can be added, I was thinking of, little baby grunts, sneezing, hick ups, add the sleeping sound back, and maybe a little stretching or light cooing sound to indicate that the baby’s waking up. Sari if all this seems like a big development, I just think there could be more improvements to make the simulation experience more interesting and realistoc
