Using weapons isn't that hard if you use Light Saber or Thunder Sabre (for hit% to negate Dark Lich's massive Evade%) + Moon Energy for auto-crits.
Sword, Bow (from Side; risky) or Javelin are best at finding his goofy hitbox. (it isn't what the graphic looks like, for whatever reason)

Secret of mana is an insanely unique game. I really wanna try it out one of these days.
That Trials of Mana remake of 3 is really good. Shame it doesn't have multiplayer.
Three player takes patience or teamwork
This is the closest remake I've heard to the original yet. Sad this wasn't around last year when I was searching, and wishing there was a half hour or hour long version.

Aaaaaaahhhhhhh!!! This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for! I have a playlist for when I play WoW that has the original track on it. This is going to rightfully replace it as it's modern successor!
Wow, almost all the sensations of the original track are here, along with new ones (from 01:10 to 01:30 espcially). You might even forget the original track at this point.

I get that this is like a bass music thing but I just got reminded about this amazing soundtrack when my niece told me to shut up so I just made her eggs while listening to this. She must be so confused why I listen to something as hard as this while making eggs

That'd be good ol Takahiro Noda, a guy who got into the industry doing special effects for FMA, given a chance at directing a videogame.
No clue why he'd remove Oracle, seems biased and petty as hell, though. Song they replaced it with is absolute tripe, I have to agree.
