Still I can see the same thing happening .. curse of Indian citizen we are helpless .. hard earning is taken by these people . Someday back I was in malleshwaram I saw towing people taking public vehicle but didn't take vogo and bounce vehicle ... Bribe has become their main source of income ... Bangalore traffic police should maintain a server and update all vehicles which they have towed and send a proper mail or at least a message confirmation after they get bill payed .
