We FIGHT giving it.... get BAD REVIEWS online when “we paid our $75 co-pay but got nothing” so the powers above now makes us offer a Rx for a later date “just in case” your virus turns into an infection ....and WRITE on the paperwork we have determined you have a VIRUS........when your in a community with the population unwilling to LEARN .....they will tune us out.... GOD HELP US to educate when “they know there body” and know it needs an antibiotic...... or “I get this EVERY YEAR and only this antibiotic works”....

Many people don’t consent to being on camera and may feel uneasy about it so it may be courteous to do so! I know you’ve had some people talk on camera and that’s fine bc it seems like they don’t mind but I’m just referring to the background people that kind of get close to the camera.

Hi! I'm a big fan all the way from Japan, where unfortunately, food restriction is not as high here.
You really got me thinking about the honey ordeal, and the Japanese label covered all of the nutrition facts from imported foods. Japan does NOT have to label sugar contents.
I got my drier and pealed off one of the "Pure Canadian Honey" I bouqht at store where they sell imported foods, and I saw 16grams of honey in 375g jar.
      I cannot believe it!
I am going to purchase honey only approved by Japanese honey association from now on!
      Thank-you! Nana from Japan

    • @sarakhaldi5085
      @sarakhaldi5085 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

@Peppermint Japan I have heard that japan is supposedly very very strict on their food market and what they will and will not accept for imported food, from America that is. That is very frustrating food labels are covered up! It is also very stupid at the same time, because consumers are not dumb, they are going to do what you did at some point. I wouldn’t trust that store anymore.
I am positive we have the same problem in North America. Companies are greedy and lie.

Great video as always. You put out such quality content.
When it comes to tea however there's a specialty that you might want to flag to your viewers. Which is peppermint. Peppermint is an antispasmodic. Really great when you having gas cramps, or stomach cramps due to the stomach flu. Or even cramping in your body due to the regular flu.
And another thing that lot of people are not aware of, you can now activate your own genes to work in your favor, such as a certain Gene brings down your inflammation another Gene brings down your oxidative stress 70% within a hundred twenty days after it's been activated. And as you know when you decrease your oxidative stress, your immune system improves.
Since I've been activating for 3 years, I have never been sick and I have kids in school and never have caught anything. Knock on wood. Lol thank you so much for your video. :-)

Can you talk about the weird gums in all vegan “imitation” products? Like vegan “cream cheese”, “yogurt”, etc. Also, where can you buy cashew no sugar yogurt or how can you make it? I found that to be closest to yogurt.

When exposed to germs a healthy person is (typically) better able to overcome the illness than a person who is already weak from poor nutrition.
      Healthy people recuperate faster.
People typically get the flu innitially because their body lacks the necessary antibodies to attack it... not because they don't eat well. Good nutrition helps to heal.

I live in the Chicago area too and also got sick this past week🤧. But I have Bobby approved sauerkraut for gut health I picked up recently, so I’ll see if that helps. I admit, I gave in yesterday and picked up chicken soup, cough drops, and tea without much regard to how healthy the brand was. But, I’ll try some of these suggestions.

I bought a lot of good organic product in the Whole Foods Market and very happy for the price and the quality , I also like it because if you bring your own shopping bags they will discount 10 ct for each bag you bring to pick up your purchase , this Store Market is a FRIEND of the ENVIRONMENT , Walmart store should copy what each one carries his bag. The oceans are full of plastic and Americans have to change the world starting with this work.

Could you do a video on foods that don't contain Onions, Garlic, Sage, Vinegars, Wines/Alcohol/Beers, Caffeine, carbonation, Acids, over 50% fat, spicy, for people who have digestive disorders that is also safe for diabetics? I have had to create a season salt using paparika, tumeric, thyme, salt, pepper, truvia, and oregano that my husband and I like, we really like it in smashed up avacados as a spread or dip. I found one video that talks about using diced up saute cabbage as an onion replacement in recipes, and although I loved it in meatloaf, my husband wasn't too crazy about it.

I read that heating honey, such as adding it to your tea, reduces it's efficacy and can also cause it to release toxins. I think the value of adding it to hot tea might need more thought and research... (just a cautionary thought) I love Booby Parrish's videos. He is so helpful and inspiring! I pass them on to everyone :-) Thank you for making them!

Hi Thankyou for the good advice. I am sick again with acid reflux, I am prediabetic, and I usually like to drink instant coffee which is not good for me. I like tea. The Japanese tea bags have alot of caffeine. I will go back to my keto diet. I get dehydrated and i get achy, cold chills, and awful flu symptoms it’s hard to keep up with keto diet. I will hope to go back to work tomorrow. The stomach virus won. Stay well and safe 👍

Mighty Leaf Organic Breakfast Tea does not have natural flavors. The only ingredient is "Fair Trade Certified Organic Black Tea Leaves". My other favorite tea is the Two Leaves and a Bud brand - Organic Assam or Organic Darjeeling are both whole leaf black teas - no natural flavors. These all contain moderate caffeine levels - not herbal but organic whole leaf and clean and delicious.
