Great video. I'm working on a 2010. 2 wires to ac compressor were dry rotted and touching. None of the fuses or relays are bad. Good freon pressure. Now time to check pressure switches in line before pulling the hvac cluster.
I have a 2006 Chrysler 300. It appears that there is a short to ground. When I manually ground the light blue/orange wire that plugs into the tipm, the a/c compressor kicks on. I have already swapped the a/c clutch relay with the horn relay about a week ago to see if maybe the relay wasn't kicking on. This did not change anything. I am at the point of hard wiring a ground to the light blue/orange wire because I doubt both relays (horn and a/c) are bad. The horn works with either relay. I verified the ground wire for the a/c clutch as well. Checks out good. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I know it’s late, but can you make a video or maybe an explanation on where the heated/electric seats fuse is? It seems that is draining the battery on my 300 and I can’t find the fuse.

Pulled a vacuum on the system and need to jump the clutch to engage the Freon, but can’t find the fuse location, any suggestions?
I don’t have a manual. I am trying to replace the relay that I purchased. Where is the Relay for the side mirrors. My button inside the car is not working. The guy gave me a relay and not a fuse but I’m not sure where it goes .

For your situation you would need a blower motor resistor inside the passenger glove box, just look inside with a flash light and go by the part number, I got mine off Amazon with the part number
Yes apparently so bcuz when my mech flicks a switch it works perfectly but the mech said I can’t drive a car like that an so I have 3 relays that are missing he is going to put them in today I hope that works smh

Don't forget to reset the codes if you don't reset the codes it will not work so before everything reset the codes erase all codes on the computer.

No solution yet sadly.. I sent it to a shop, they could only get it reset to default so at least the defrost works.

@@antoniotb2215 no it's still on. I had the airbag sensors replaced as they were recalled, and I guess that's the reason for it.

How about with the heat not working? It will get warm when the car warms up but then goes back to cold
Have you checked your coolant level? Sometimes low coolant can cause what you have described. Another common culprit is a clogged heater core.
I have 06 300. Car does not run hot but fans spin but never go to high speed. They just turn at the same slow speed together
