Quina has some awful and useless spells... but the ones that work, they work! Angel snack, mighty guard(best one), twister, earth shake and frog drop, all you need.
@@stefanosormani8245 Yes correct Quina is optional character only in Disc 1. You need to recruit it before going to outer continent. And Master Quale accidentally revealed quinas gender by saying "he" in a cutscene
FF5. Blue mage class. Puts Quina to absolute shame, in fact puts most everything in all games to shame! You should go and play it, not a popular one because it didn't come out in the USA for ages. But it is the best FF game hands down including FF7R!
quina is labeled genderless but the game treats it as male *master quale referred quina as "he" in one of his statements *lamia' s entice spell affects quina, which works only to males *protect girls ability wont work with quina *quina cannot equip female exclusive equipment and accessories

Quina is potentially the best character in the game.
I don't think you cannot let Quina learn to perform "Self-Destruct" against a Bomb, like Kimahri does...
There are bombs in ff9 but I don't remember what skill you can learn from them. But self destruct isn't one of them

Correct. Quina can learn Mustard Bomb from bomb type enemies. There's no self destruct blue magic in ff9
