Bells Rapids in the Perth hills has all dried up. Bells Rapids does often dry out during the summer months but this year has been extremely hot and dry in Perth and it has left places like Bells Rapids look like a waste land. Usually this place has thundering rapids so its interesting to take a look at Bells and see how different it is.
