A Miracle Happened At Duathlon Nationals

In this video, I competed in the Auckland New Zealand Secondary Schools Duathlon Championships in Ambury Park which consisted of a 4.6-kilometer run, a 21-kilometer bike followed by a final 2.5-kilometer run. I dealt with a calf and metatarsal injury for two weeks which prevented me from running for that time and left me feeling anxious and underprepared for the race.
