I had shingles inside my left eye and it turned into Trigeminal Neuralgia. The best medicine I have is Sunlight baking my temple and Aloe Vera soothing my skin... Better not forget to give God Glory for His Many Blessings even though affliction, He is Wonderful

Pleasant testimony thank you. Don't forget to put on your prayer list the Eternal gifts, that we may store our riches in heaven. In Ephesians6:10-17 there are the six pieces of armor of His power and Colossians1:9 is a list of the ABCs.
we are in great need to be found asking for of our daily increase and strengthening off, that we may be found growing in the Magnificent Messiah and not be found growing away!!
And may we be found growing in him this day greater than yesterday in testimony and His Good Deeds, for they will be found enduring forever and never a lack to the increase of them!! Magnificent is His good ways, jump and shout thanksgiving and praise.

I can attest to the benefits of the sun. I do 15 mins on each side. I start out with early sun gaze for 30 mins. Its so good. I instinctively started doing this and i feel recharged.

This was very informative. My sister was just diagnosed with osteoporosis at a very young age 52. I’m going to share this video with her and tell her to go into the sunlight… Thank you.

Thank you Aaron and thank you. You cut out a lot of the fluff and just getting to the point of the matter at hand. Starting to remind me at Barbara and that's a pleasant thing. Keep praying daily for our strengthening & increase of the Messiah's magnificent good gifts, that you may receive the power.

People in Australia need to use sunscreen because the majority of us are white and feral to this land. Slip on a shirt, slop on some sunscreen, slap on a hat, slide on your sunnies and seek shade. This will provide adequate and safer UV exposure when the index is high. Near Infrared Radiation is attainable in the shade, in green spaces, and those wavelengths pass through clothing. They are not dangerous, but they are very beneficial for daytime, mitochondrial-melatonin production, which benefits our immunity. In fact, it is the NIR that is beneficial to immunity more than Vit D. There are studies available on this.

I think it depends on which sunscreen you use. If it is petroleum-based, you may be doing yourself more harm than good as it for sure contributes to skin cancer.

What about if you've accidentally cooked your skin by sun bathing in a region where it's 125 in the summer for an hour at a time 3 times a week for 6 months out of the year and the Drs have said you have lupus, as when it is warm at all and i go outside my veins bulge and skin turns red ...? Just do it in the morning or something, when it is not affecting you? Also how do we get that to stop? Do we have to move to a different region where it isn't desert? I would like to know why if the sun is suppose to help (which I do honestly believe it does) that people like me have a sensitivity that makes our lupus act out when we are in the sun...? I'd like to note that I currently live in the Nevada desert the hottest part and that when I have gone to stay for multiple days in Washington State or southern California, by the water I had no symptoms and was able to be in the sun fine...
