Been replaying Quake to GET PSYCHED for some DUSK! It hurts me plenty that i can't play it right now, but thankfully i'm too young to die yet so it can wait. Damn good soundtrack, let's rock!
You see, that's the thing about the music in DUSK. The loud and the quiet music balance each other and if it were only loud then it would get repetitive and the music would lose that "kick".
I see a new DUSK track I click! Amazing stuff as always Andrew! I hope there is a physical CD of the soundtrack released either with the Collectors Edition or seperately! Your music really elevates DUSK!
I swear, Andrew has got to be one of the best game composers out there, along with Mick Gordon of all time. I'm absolutely obsessed with his work. Definitely a guy who makes REALLY badass soundtracks for games.
I love that I hear that industrial influence that NIN instilled into Quake in all Andrews work here. This man is my favorite artist, hands down. I feel like he is super appreciated in the game world, especially the boomer shooter community, but way under-appreciated in general
Still hyped, dual weilding shotguns and some truly kickass tunes is gonna be fantastic. I like how the music isn't completely in your face at all times as well. The loud moments mean nothing if there aren't quiet moments.
I like this track. Andrew's music sometimes seems to not have much variety, just fast drums most of the time. It's like going to a get a massage, but they keep beating you instead of tenderizing you first. But this I like, although it has small bit of similar issues, there's enough variation to make it very enjoyable.
@@MBBGun14Nah sounds more like something off of Cowboys from Hell. Like that chromatic bluesy sounding stuff. Kinda sounds like the songs Message in Blood or Medicine Man.
Not so much into this, mostly because of the djenty feel, got much more hooked to the feel Endless had. This kinda reminds me of Doom's remake soundtrack.
